Restaurant was really disgusting and should have been cleaned and kept clean and I get it gets busy during a rush but this was not cause of a rush I had been to this one before and it always is trashed Employees are very rude I ordered 3 hot and ready pizzas 2 cheese hot and ready pizzas and a thin crust supreme pizza and they got the entire order wrong and then would not fix the order and was told if I didn't like it that I should not have come to there restaurant it was absolutely the worst little Caesars I have ever been to and really has made it to where I honestly have not ordered a pizza form ANY little Caesars since the and that happened almost 2 months. I would really really advise never NEVER go to this one.
Got deep dish. Some crust extremely thin other parts of dough not cooked
It wasn't busy during the time I visited to order a pizza. The cashier greeted when I step inside the restaurant. My pizza was made when I ordered it.
Staff is friendly. 99% of the pizza is good. I have received a pizza once or twice that was dry. Meaning it sat to long in hot box. Would recommend more red sauce on pizza.
We called to place an order, the guy said he wasn't taking over the phone orders because it was only 2 of then working. Ok so we go in to place the order and he informs everyone that he is only making pepperoni since they are short staffed. Everyone left. I don't know who owns that location but your business is losing money because of the tall guy with the dreads
I ordered the extra most bestest and paid for the $6 pizza but got the $5 . And the customer service could be better
In regards to Little Caesars on Shreveport Barksdale Highway Suite 101. Roughly 7pm on Monday 6/13/2022 Just went there and they are completely garbage. Garbage workers and garbage workers. They made a slices and sticks that had so much butter/oil on topped that the pizza was literally soaked and it looked on top of it. I went in and kindly asked if I could have it remade with less butter and Tianna Webb told me NO BECAUSE THATS A PERFECT PIZZA. So I said but I don’t think so and she said I can either get with no butter at all or I can keep the pizza I had. They would not make it less butter she through the $7 pizza in the trash, wouldn’t refund the money and then said I had to call corporate. So now here I am, no pizza, no refund, and butter/oil that has dripped all down my shirt pants. Do NOT do business with this place. She wouldn’t even give me the number for corporate so i could get a refund.
The prices are good, the pizza is good, make sure you call ahead, or u run the risk of waiting long.
They really don’t deserve a 1 star. Worse experience ever! Rude employees other than 1 young lady. The guy that took our order said he was co owner says his name is John. I’ve never seen someone who was part owner be so ignorant. Placed our order said it would be 15 minutes went outside came back to our order had been sold to someone else! We then had to wait another 10 minutes! Will never give this location my business again! O and the profanity out of Johns mouth and his employees mouth was ridiculous
Keep in mind my reviews are based on whatever their competitors are offering in or around the same product and/or prices. Don't expect the atmosphere/food quality of Earnests. With that said:Cheap. Decent. Fast. If you want better ?, go to Johnny's. But be prepared to pay about double. Now, where they get you is the extras. Their 2-liter cost is even higher. Would you like some parmasan cheese? No prob. They'll just tack on another $1 to your bill. Cheese sticks? Decent price too. Unless you want some marinara sauce. Also an additional $1. Maybe even higher now. Who knows with all these prices going up for everything?! But... if you walk in their just wanting a pizza, you can't go wrong. Cheap. Decent. Fast.
