They have people begging in the aisles and outside the store on Youree dr, Shreveport, la.and someone just had their wallet stolen. A man and an accolade-ice and the criminals charged $8000 on credit cards

Today while shopping I attempted to ELECTRONICALLY get back $20 in addition to my purchase on my debit card. The machine told me they were charging me .59 for this. ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? I’m scanning my own groceries, I’m bagging my own groceries, I carrying my own groceries to my car and NOW YOU WANT.50 for me to get MY OWN MONEY FRO YOUR MACHINE???????? I have been a customer for 40 plus years and TODAY IM FINISHED. There are other stores that will appreciate me?

Do not use grocery pick up. 8 containers berries were crammed in one bag with yogurt containers. The berries were all dumped out and smashed.

Clean, safe, well stocked

Nice store. Employees are friendly and helpful. Never had a long wait to check out. Self checkout is amazing the registers are new and well maintained. Great place to pay your bills. If you use debit card it's no cost for it. My to bill payment center

This is one of the worst sensory experiences I’ve ever had. As an autistic person with hearing sensitivities I attempted to enter your store and was yelled at by an employee trying to force me to take a cart I did not want. I tried to find a basket and the employee continued to yell louder and louder at me until I left. Grocery stores are hard enough for Autistic people… this made it unbearable.

Your not a killer but dont push you.

I can't speak about the company as a whole but the store in Shreveport Louisiana on Youree has really went down when comes to timely customer service at their service desk. It seems as if to me that this particular store is declining when it comes to customer service. I frequently use their service desk to handle affairs such as bills and check cashing and the last three times I have been there its been a very nerve wrecking experience and when I asked I asked to speak with a manager the last time because of a 35 minute wait in line at the service desk. The manager was about as unprofessional as the service desk clerk

I grew up with Kroger, born in Cincinnati (both of us) I think it's in my blood. I do adore that they stock things that I thought I would have to be in my hometown only. Now I'm 68 and have moved all over this country and have never missed shopping in a kroger "familyrelated ” store. I have finally landed in Northwest Louisiana and now shop in a real* Kroger. Now I am able to get Skyline Chili, Greater Ice Cream andmore,

I a Kroger girl.
