I sent my kids to KFC to get two family meals. Said it would be a 22 minute wait. They have been there 40 minutes and nothing. This is Crazy but they also will not answer the phone.Finally they brought it out and of course they left out the extra biscuits. Would have discussed it with them and not posted but they won’t answer the phone!!
I order two pot pies and they was wonderful. And the workers were great
-1 stars WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I’ve waited 1 hr for 1 and a half chicken to be cooked and they told me “the chicken is still frozen” I’ve waited a hr for nothing . They offered a cake at the end I said no . DO BETTER WORST KFC EVER NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS TRASH PLACE.
The food did not taste good.The portion size was shameful.The ORDER was filled wrong.one box was not even in the bag.Will not visit this location again.?
Stopped for tea ended up with meal. Don't typically eat fast food but it was fantastic
I order the hot wings and they are cooked to order ( fresh) . Will go back everytime I'm in shreveport.
Food was great..drive through was fast..i got my food less than 4mins after giving my order..
Short line at the drive thru, doors were locked, waited 15min and 1 car pulled forward. I left and went to another place.

Beyond chicken was okay nothing spectacular. Fries cold as usual.
