Service on Benton Rd in Bossier is terrible, the chicken is usually overcooked and dry. KFC use to be great I hope this changes

I've eaten in many KFC's and this one is the best chicken of all
The chicken in my bowl was VERY crispy.

Fries were about 3/4 full. Chicken was bland, flat, and tough. Looked like they picked up a roadkill chicken battered it, over cooked it and boxed it up. Probably won't be back.
Employees showed no sign of caring. Fake smiles

Ordered two three piece dinners, both boxes was raw chicken on the inside n bad grease ruined the rest.Would give zero stars if I could.Had to go thru another kfc manager to get in touch with "johnathan",N now he's saying I should have kept the food they would replace it.NO... THAT'S NOT ACCEPTABLECONTACTING CORPORATE TO REPORT THIS KFC FRANCISE.VERY BAD OF YALL TO SERVE RAW FOOD.
