The snow comes we’re really good the workers there are really sweet and they have an amazing set up and nice seating. All the people there are really nice and understanding the prices are quite well. I totally recommend this place to any people and kids in Shreveport it is worth it. And also I recommend trying Cookie Dough + French Vanilla it’s a personal favorite.

Good customer service but snow cones were tasteless and dry. Shaved ice was big and chunky. The “stuffed” snow cone had only a spoon full of icecream in it. Cute place, nice people, bad snow cones.
Came here because it was open on a Sunday. The place reeked of weed inside the window and my sno cone had ants in it. Pretty disappointed
They only accept cash. Second off my kids rainbow snowball was good but i ordered a large cotton candy & the girl said they didn't have blue , just pink it should taste the same. But baby no , it barely had juice and it didn't taste like cotton candy at all. It was bitter and not sweet. Second time trying them bcuz my first time it was good but this time wasn't the best

I felt some type of way. The people in front of me had no mask on and the kids making the snow cones didn’t either so when me and my sister got to the window(we had masks on bc COVID is around) they decided they wanted to put they’re mask on and the little boy mask said all lives matter and that’s very offensive.
The kids and I waited 30 minutes before they opened to enjoy. The kiddos thought the wait was well worth it.
