This is the second weekend in a row I have tried to call in and place order to go and nobody has answered. so my daughter and I went to the store and placed our order. I took the privilege to record while I was in the store while my daughter called the store several times and nobody even acknowledged the phone ringing. meanwhile they had 2 girls cleaning the salad bar and another gentleman standing behind the cashier watching me place my order while the phone was ringing none stop. the owner of this store is losing hundred, possibly thousands of dollars bc of the staff employed here. Visiting from Dallas, TX and picked up a meat lovers take and bake pizza. We called ahead, and it was ready when we stopped by. Clean bathrooms. This is the closest location from Dallas. Great pizza!
I wanted to comment bc if I was managing or owned this store I would want to know. I called multiple times Friday 4-22-22 between the hours of 7pm and 9pm and after a few rings the call went to the auto hold messages. I waited on hold over 40 min. I eventually went up to the store to order and tested the phones by calling the number in the store. The phones rang. the staff was friendly and apologized. I do not know how the phone system works but it's obvious nobody is checking to see who is on hold. The store also had very few orders waiting for pick up or delivery behind the register. We eat johnnies every Friday night and will continue as long as this doesn't continue to happen.
Literally left on hold 11 minutes. Then I was disconnected. Every time I called back afterwards I was immediately hung up on without them even saying hello. This happened about 9 pm. It happened 8 rimes before I called the Southern Loop location.
Pizza was burned. Goodies were not evenly distributed (peppers and onions only on 1/2). Not cut completely. Try to pick up one piece and you got three. And I do not agree with all the company add one. My 19 pizza ended up costing 34 dollars. Won’t use Johnny’s again
Called in a pizza 20 minutes before, got there and they said they accidentally sold the pizza and had to make another one. Took another 15 mins sitting there. Fountain drinks were all old and pretty much water since no one replaced them. Would not recommend.
No meat on Greenwood rd. We went out there for a Sweep the Swamp, And They Said That They Did Not Have Any Meat To Fix, The Sweep The Swamp,
Back when I went to lsus it was trash now it’s really good. Delivery service is great. If u order between 5-7 expect delays as usual but other than that it’s always hot and the sauces are hot.
This Johnny's is good. Whenever my son wants to go eat pizza again we will definitely be going to this one. They were very short staffed (I only seen one person) and the did an awesome job. The pizzas were delicious. The wings were great, everything was good. I do recommend this for dine in pizza night.
So heart. Warming to be greeted by smiles. I ordered the throw in the kitchen pizza it was loaded and so good.
