Excellent pizza, friendly and helpful staff! The buffet had a good selection of fresh & delicious pizza!
Worst experience ever. I used to come to this location ever since I was a kid. This last visit I came to the establishment it was around lunch time. The way the customers sat and stared at me like I didn't belong there. I told the manager about how it really made me feel. He brushed it off and just said to see my business go. Wow. That's kind of rude
A group of 5 of us walked in and approached the counter to order food and two workers were sitting in the booth not acknowledging us. We looked behind the counter to see if any workers were back there to take the order. After waiting 5 mins, we finally asked if anyone was going to help and a worker put down her phone and exited the booth to take our order. They knew we were in here the whole time and they were not on a break, they simply just didn’t want to get up to do their job. I promise I never post nasty reviews, but this was ridiculous.
This used to be our go to place but now it’s sadly not. The food and prep has gone down. Ordered bbq wings and pizza. Pizza came in cold, greasy and with very little sauce. BBQ wings were BBQ-less and when I called it in, I was told, “Well, you have to give the wings back.”. Wings I’ve already sauced MYSELF and put in the oven.The staff is normally great but this it’s not worth the money anymore.
Horrible phone skills. Can barely understand the way they speak. Pizza is terrible. Southern loop is absolutely the best. Preston rd is horrible. I ask for a power pepperoni well done and I get a extra extra cheese pizza hardly done. Did I say extra cheese??? On the other hand the delivery people are awesome!!!!
Staff was friendly. Wasn't very clean, pizza was good, but I couldn't get the super messy prep area so I kept thinking the pizza was slimy. Smh Couldn't eat it.
Never in my life have I seen in this pandemic we're in, the pizza makers not wearing gloves, Pizza was good but I kept picturing the cheese w/bare hands on it.. Someone please tell me that the hot oven can kill the bacteria that may be on bare hands?

Do not order take out from here.... I have had a poor experience the last 5 times I have tried. Everything from multiple hang ups trying to order to intentionally being ignored at the register to them never putting my order in at all and lying saying it will be right out. Do not order from this location!!
Got my order tonight and it wrong. Pepperoni pizza was SUPPOSED TO HAVE added onions and Andouille sausage. It was just a burnt plain pepperoni?. And my Muffaletta flip had hardly anything in it. Been disappointed with almost all my past months orders. Location I've used for over 20 years keeps disappointing lately
