I used to live their pizza. been a customer for over 20 years at the Gilbert store. I always order the same bricked (well done on the app) sweep no anchovy no Jalapeno. It's rarely well done and certainly not bricked. the last few pizzas the cheese was awful. Heated the cheese looks Plastic like it more oil than anything. I will most likely be changing pizza chains as I don't think low quality ingredient are anything that can really resolved. Also I prefer jalapeno on the side but there is not a place for that on the app. I have mentioned this before and nothing gets done. other places have a box for "special instructions". It's just gone down hill.

Sad to say it was better the next day reheated in my air fryer. I asked for bricked and well done which was reverberated to me and spent about 46$ for two soft cooked pizzas and limp bread sticks. Do I apologize for for having faith my order was correct and not checking… or like “a hey wait you want we’ll done right?” It’ll be 10 more minutes… I’m fine waiting for perfection and Johnnys is my perfection but the quality at my favorite store seems to be lacking. If I didn’t want quality and familiaraity then I would of ordered bang for buck dominos and would of received the same subpar zaaa but in quantities and variations I would hurt myself consuming. This is the 3rd and it hurts my heart but my love and my taste buds tell me to try again. I’ll be back again one day because that’s what love is but you can do better. It will leave a sour taste in my mouth for awhile. You were my food hug and I’m disappointed. ? Will update when quality checks out.

First of all the pizza was great, but the customer service suck the cashier was rude. The plates still had old food on them and old food left on the table and she put her hole hand on my family cup. Not a friendly environment at all. Some one please let a store manager know.

The staff is horrible was walking in to order a pizza and thay are out side smoking...they walked in ask what I wanted as the other guy starts to work on a pizza...NEVER washed his hands....I just walked out.... will use the other Johnny's not this one...P.S don't smoke in front of the door

We ordered delivery. We did not receive the cheese sauce we paid for. The pizza was not cut properly, and the cheese was hardened. Not worth the price I paid.

The Johnny's on Gilbert is terrible. I waited at the drive through for 30 minutes, saw two different people (after waiting for 10 minutes and rolling over the bell alarm twice) both of whom asked me what I wanted. After seeing them I waited another 20 minutes seeing no one walk near the drive through. I called multiple times asking the status while a line of cars piled up behind me. They always said "almost ready".I finally just left.I know I sound like a total Karen. But it really was that bad.Go to the Johnny's on the southern loop. Avoid Gilbert at all cost.

Extremely slow even compared to other Johnny's locations. Constantly messes up order. Will not be going there again even though it is much closer than the next location. You could literally drive across town to a different location and get your food and get home before this location even has your food ready. It has nothing to do with covid or low staff they have been this way for years.

Some how someone picked up my food with my name and knew exactly what I ordered.......they couldn't even tell me what the guy looked or pull the tapes to even see who did but they remade my food and sent me on my way i just know that had to either been an inside job to get their friends/family free pizza or someone has hacked their website and got my info that way......never had problems ordering through waiter but used their actually website and wont be doing that again no telling wat other info they probably got
