I haven't had Jimmy John's in years! My favorite has always been the Veggie.. Being newer in town, I didn't know that there was. JJ here, so when I happened upon it, I was stoked! They have the same great taste I remember! I appreciate ordering online and the variety of sandwiches and options! The jalapeño chips are delish!
Just had a horrible experience here, while I have been a manager of retail food half my life there is NO excuse to leave a customer in the store while you are outside on the pphone.... The 2 minutes
Me and some friends decided to try this place out since it was extremely crowded at all of the other restaurants nearby. I can now see why this place wasn't crowded as well whatsoever. The minute I walk in to the moment I leave the cashier talks to me in the most rude and sarcastic voice, and all I did was literally order a sandwich. After I ordered she took the receipt and threw it on the ground next to her, not even asking if I wanted it. After I received my order, they got it wrong and I inquired her about it and she told us she couldn't take the order back and that we had to order again to get what we originally asked for? I don't usually write reviews for bad service but this employee was atrocious and really needs to be reprimanded, she is probably the sole reason this place is never busy. Save your money and just go to your local subway.
Overall a good plain sandwich with nice soft bread, moderate toppings, and crunchy kettle cooked chips.It never fails they tend to make 1 of our sandwiches with almost no meat. I'm not sure if it's a prank or not but it's stupid.
I had never been to a Jimmy John's before, so when I asked if I could get a different cheese the girl taking the order gave off a smart remark. All you needed to do is just let me know that's all you have. No need for your attitude and rudeness. Then she proceeded to go and make fun of the situation to another co-worker. Definitely will NOT be coming back here.
While the food was good, although not correctly prepared,the staff were condescending, rude and ignoring all but the customers of color. It was blatantly obvious they did not want our business. This is not the first time it has happened. We tried again hoping it was a fluke. In talking to other friends, they have received the same (un)welcome.
It was a regular sandwich I could of made at home.. but made at home more flavor.. I do not recommend this place to get your bang for your buck.. skip it if you can 35 dollars was way to much..for a plain sandwich
