Food is ok but the place looks very dated and run down. I had a hard time getting past the cafeteria smell. Service was great and everyone was satisfied.
Our server seemed to be bothered having to wait our table since we didn't do hibachi. The soup and salad were very good. The rest of my meal was slathered in teriyaki and too much garlic. My steak was overcooked and tough. Not a fan.
Need more lighting up, the colors are too dark inside the building. Need to light up the walls !!! Need to fix the enters area , looks like it falling down . Wash the glass doors ! Bright colors on the walls and enters way , will bring more people inside ! The floors need to be up dated as well. To dark . It feels like a night club?? Not a restaurant! !
We waited a very long time to even be seated, only to wait even longer once seated. A large group sat down opposite us and the chef began cooking for them almost immediately, while we continued to wait. No chopsticks given when I finally received my sushi, drinks were brought out much too slowly. When we expressed our concerns to our waitress she acted as though she really did not care. I won’t be back to this establishment.
The food was good. The hibachi cook was wonderful. However, the restaurant was DIRTY! The carpet had caked up food all over it. The restaurant was dirty. Did not apear clean. The temperature was warm and muggy. We will not be back and will not recommend to anyone.
Me and my lady went the waitress ran my card 3 times it went through showing that it is pending but the manager wanted to run it again said it didn't go through on there end. Called Shreveport police. I did end up letting the manager run it again for 43.24. And guess what it said it's pending so come Monday they better have my money. Y'all i wouldn't suggest going there. And i will never return.
This used to be one of our favorite places to eat, but things have gone downhill in the last few months. I know they lost a lot of the good chefs when it began. We rather enjoy the food, most of the issues have been service related.
I used to enjoy Hana.For some reason they have started using frozen vegetables almost like a veg all.But it only has green beans carrots and corn.I don't know what happened to the Japanese vegetables of broccoli and cauliflower and nicely sliced carrots.So this is the second time I've been served a bum meal and I'll probably will not return.
Feb. 22,2022 @2:07PM……….Just left restaurant and was highly disappointed because I paid for a meal that looked like I should have paid way less. I was at a habachi table with 4 other people and everyone ordered. When the chef started playing the food, everyone got what was there’s and what was not there’s. I ordered noodles only and then people that didn’t order noodles received rice and noodles which means they were the noodles that were supposed to be on my plate. I was left with less than a quarter of a cup of noodles. The ladies at the table started apologizing to me because they knew they wasn’t supposed to have the noddles and the chef put them on their plate anyway.I am a great tipper and usually tip the chef, but this time I didn’t. I did tip the waitress good. Matter of fact, I left her a 20.00 tip Sunday the 20th.The thing that got me was that, the chef saw how little of a serving I had in noodles and should have corrected that. He spoke with the server and I don’t know what was discussed, but my plate should have raised a red flag.
The food a year ago was great! My husband and I went tonight and the food was just not what it used to be. Very disappointed in the flavors
