Took a long time to get your food once I got the food everything was incorrectly made just wasn't flavorful at all if you want to experience Griff's Burgers you have to travel to Texas they have the best

Utterly disappointed Cheese NOT melted! Burger has no taste anymore?Buns are so plain & the watery shake taste like bluebells homemade ice-cream mixed with strawberry syrup!? I’m so sad
Service was terrible french fries with cold it took you forever in the drive through that time I got up there to get my food my French fries is cold hamburger lukewarm I won't never be back there again the employees standing up there talking to someone in the Drive-Thru it took her 25 minutes that's it there for 25 minutes waiting on this employee to get through hanging out the window cuz she was talking to somebody in the driving whoever this was gave her something and she gave him something and y'all wonder why y'all ain't getting no business services horrible down out not horrible
I was on a visit from Texas and I decided to stop for lunch at Griffs I got a double and when I bit into my cheese burger I think the clouds opened up.Everything was fresh and good

Food is always great. They need to open the lobby back up. The drive-thru is ridiculous.
Slow as hell. Lobby closed and they only have the drive thru open but the line is at a stand still and because they can't even run it smoothly. Makes no sense at all!
