Stopped by the Geauxsicle food truck at one of the local festivals and was completely disappointed. Let’s start with the price, $4 for a popsicle is a bit much but it’s a outdoor festival in the Louisiana sun so I said ok. The popsicles themselves were awful. We got 2 strawberries and one chocolate. All three were covered in frostbite and tasted like they had expired long ago, there’s no telling how long they have been in the freezer.We see their food truck at events often and will never eat here again.
Geauxsicles is a rare find they produce a project made of the freshest possible ingredients.I have never been disappointed.
Parisian Pink (white choc chip/raspberry cheesecake) and Summertime (strawberry/peach/honey) are my favorites.
