Awesome atmosphere and great staff! We sat on the side patio as no one was there (we had our dog with us). Great food, great drinks and great service, wish we could go more often but don’t live in the state /: Also wish we could try their other restaurant - Frank’s Louisiana Kitchen.We got the L’Hawaiano-Italiano pizza and it was delicious. They have tons of options to choose from and desserts as well. We got the Nutella Calzone and *chefs kiss*. I would definitely recommend the dessert and this for a fun night out with the family or for a date night. Perfect for dogs and they even brought out a water bowl for our dog and are super dog friendly!

Something has changed. This place was a favorite of ours, but it seems to be way different now. Maybe all of the experience people went over to the new place that Frank opened way southeast of here, I don't know. But a lot has changed. We went over there and I ordered a calzone and my hubby ordered something else. My calzone was delivered. I waited to start eating and waited and waited. Was waiting for his meal to come. It didn't. So we shared my calzone (which was cold by then and not that good--dough was awful, gummy & no flavor. His meal did finally arrive. So we went back again because in the past it was always great. We ordered our drinks and his tequila sunrise was not a tequila sunrise. I walked back in with it and the bartender said oh I made it with the original orange juice. No barbook?? He remade it correctly. And the third and last visit was our last visit. I ordered a pork chop meal. A special of the day. It was so laden with salt I honestly could not eat it. Ate some of it but it was just awful. They must have poured salt on it from a shaker with no top. And my favorite drink was just not. An old fashioned that had always been the best one in town. Just not right, not the same, yuk. I did not even finish it. Yes something has changed over there. And we will not go again. 't
Last night was definitely an experience to remember. Our server was very informative and his personality made our experience that much better. The food was on point and met our expectations and some. We also noticed the servers and cooks practicing cleanly and hygienic protocols. We will most definitely be returning.
This place came recommended by a coworker and had many great reviews, so we decided to try it. In my opinion, it was average. If someone were coming from out of town, it probably is the best option out of every other pizza place available in Shreveport area, but compared to others I've had in my life, nothing special. Very overpriced for food that is fine. Inside is cute and they have a nice outdoor patio area.
Frank’s isn’t a place I wouldn’t recommend to eat. It’s just my opinion though. You don’t have to take my word. I honestly think their food isn’t the best. The ingredients they use is not great either. I ordered one of their specialty pizza’s. You obviously know they experiment on their dishes. I don’t like their duck meat pizza. It has pineapples and some nasty sauce. I wouldn’t recommend this. Also, their soup of the day was delicious. Overall, I won’t come back for their food but their service was amazing.
I was unable to eat the salad to much oil! Olive Oil? Not sure if that was a dressing? It was drenched in oil. Disappointed to pay 13 dollars for a salad at 4p. It took over 30/40 minutes to get our order.
Pizza at Frank's is fantastic. Our 1st time here and we loved it. I had a special salad with mine that had butternut squash, goat cheese and cranberries and it was delicious. We drove over here from 70+ miles away and it did not disappoint.
