We really enjoy this place. It’s great for both couples and families, and has a great ambiance. There’s almost always a wait, so be prepared. The menu is nicely diverse, from great egg dishes (outstanding bacon) and power bowls. I love their selection on the sweeter side of things. The lemon ricotta pancakes are incredible. Don’t even need the syrup. The coffee comes in a small pot that stays on the table which is very convenient. I’m also a big fan of their fresh juices. The morning meditation is just beautiful. Haven’t been there for lunch yet, but if it’s anything like their breakfasts, it’ll be wonderful.
Very popular, trendy brunch and breakfast spot. Very busy but service was good. The quality of the food is high and the menu is fairly unique and features a large variety of options. The juices are particularly good, but pricey. I would recommend it if your budget allows, you can expect to spend $20-$25 per person, if you intend to get their signature juices. The toast and jam is really good.
First Watch was so good! I got the Floridian French Toast and it was delish! The Trifecta was so good also! We all shared the million dollar bacon which was good but very, very burnt to where we could only eat 2 pieces. Overall we will come back and definitely try the bacon again!
I will definitely be back. Food and service was great! I ordered the French Toast and Turkey Sausage and they were delicious! My son ordered the chocolate chip pancake from the kids menu. Can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu.

I have been to First Watch several times, and have really enjoyed the food and service. This was by far the worst experience I have had in a while dining out with my family. I ordered my eggs over Medium and the eggs were cooked Well done (I did not eat them, nor did they get replaced), potatoes had no flavor, bread had no butter. My daughter's pancakes came out After were all were finished eating. I had to flag down someone to bring us her food. Did not get any refills on drinks, and was not checked on by the waiter one time after taking our order. Basically, the service sucked. Told the manager on duty, and she seemed not to care. Hope this place hires better service, because it looks like I am not the only one who has written a bad review recently.
The French toast is like none I've had before. Definitely recommended. Service was good and the staff friendly. I was glad that I got on the wait list prior to arrival, because it was very busy at 11am on a Sunday.
The staff was really friendly and the food was fabulous! The gluten-free options were solid. I especially enjoyed the Morning Meditation juice and the homemade jam. Highly recommend!
One of the best brunch places available in Shreveport. It's not unique. Just always consistent in quality and flavor.
