I had the chicken fried steak lunch special. It was really good and the bread that came with it was amazing.
I sent my daughter and her boyfriend to Rollin in the Dough so he could try their hamburger. He loves hamburgers and has eaten lots of them from various places, including the Dallas area because that’s where he lives. He came back to the house and honestly declared, “it was the best hamburger I’ve ever had”! He said, “the bun makes the burger”! I agree!! I tell everyone THIS is the place to get a burger. BTW…they brought me home a Chef’s salad and a cup of Tomato basil soup. It was all delicious.

Gumbo is delicious and bread is excellent. Didn't try the desserts but live the neighborhood ambiance.

Heard great things about how good there homemade bread was. Got a chicken salad sandwich and turkey sandwich. Was a sandwich you'd make at home but for $10. Not worth it.Cons:It was legit just deli meat, a slice of tomato and some lettuce on a bun. The bun did not taste homemade. It tasted the same as one you'd get out of the package. Very disappointed!!Pros:The piece of cake that came with each sandwich was delicious (brown blob in the pic). Staff was friendly and the sandwich came out right away.Bias: we took it to go so maybe that made it a little worse but still ate with 15 minutes of getting it from the restaurant.If this is not their homemade bread, please comment and let me know and I'll be happy to go back and eat there. I love good homemade bread!
Visited this place for lunch with my wife at her insistence and she was spot on. Had an AMAZING brisket sandwich and the fries they serve are INCREDIBLE!
The chicken salad sandwich is so good! The rolls and Casino cake were mouthwatering!!! Excellent fries!
I used to live just down the street from Rollin' in the dough and would eat there/order out regularly. I now live in Florida and seriously can't wait to come back and visit for one of their incredible burgers and my favorite California salad. I just had a random craving and had to come stalk their Facebook page to live vicariously through it lol. 12/10 flavor town ?
It’s OK!!! I’m not a fan of the hamburger bun!!! It tastes more like fresh bread!! The bun would make a awesome roll with butter but not with a hamburger!! Fresh French fries were awesome!! My husband had the fried catfish plate and he said a couple of pieces had a strong taste but he did clean his plate!!! So they were definitely eatable!!! The staff were very very sweet!! They go out of there way to try and please you!!
