Theyâre front of house manager (Joy) is horrible. She has terrible social skills, terrible management skills. She made it the worst restaurant experience Iâve ever had. Groups were waiting for over an hour when they had already made reservations. That being said, the food is fantastic, the service from the wait staff is fantastic. Itâs very unfortunate that they have such poor customer service as soon as you walk in the door. Ernest seems like a great guy and a great chef. Itâs too bad he hired someone like this to be the first impression.
