They get 2 stars for the kindness of 2 employees... Other than that 0.I live down the street and I love avocado toast. I so desperately want this to be my breakfast location, but alas my dreams are over.Every single time I come something is wrong. Y'all I'm not ordering anything crazy... Hot latte, half sweet.The first couple of times it was so overly sweet that I had to make coffee at home to add to it. Next came the half cup. Look I'm not paying $6 for half a cup of foam. So I decided to start asking for no foam. Simple solution ??♀️Nope. This girl just tried to explain to me what a latte was and how impossible it was to take off the foam... like none of us have ever heard of a spoon. What?!Not to mention, can we break down the the difference between a cappuccino and a latte? I'm not gunna... but I really wanted to... ???So I explained to her why I was asking for what I was asking for.. and told her simply to put drip coffee into the cup on top of my latte and we would be good.I don't know if they remade it or what happened... But it took way too long for it to be a top off. Then when I opened the cup it's cold and full sugar.I give up. It's too expensive to continue to not say anything and I don't want to feel like a Karen every morning making them remake my coffee ??♀️
Ordered a sandwich in the drive-through, instead got donut holes. Went inside to get my sandwich they refused to make the sandwich. One person was taking orders, one person was making sandwiches, and two people were watching the person making sandwiches.
I love dunkin but they really need to train more on drink accuracy. One visit can be right the next it's made totally different. Not a fan of surprises

They were hella nasty they donuts were dry and they taste like they were a week old I just didn't have the time to turn back and throw it back through the window
don’t put donuts in the bag icing side down. why would you do that?? how does that make sense?? if i wanted a donut with no icing i would’ve ordered that.
As a delivery person I over look a lot of things. This time I couldn’t! The entire place was nasty! The bathroom to the main lobby. Dried coffee that was spilled on the counter. Water everywhere and no one cared about it. ‘Ooops looks like a water leak.’ Your water leak is in the same cabinet as your electrical work! That seems to be more of a hazard than an ooops that’s some water! Three employees were sitting outside at a table with their feet up and two inside ... forgetting to make a single iced coffee!
It's pretty good... Donuts and muffins fresh.Great drink selection,speedy service!
Their donuts are just not that good. This is at any location. The ice coffee was good. The frappe machine was broken. (McDonald's ice cream)
Go inside for pickup and you’ll witness just how much miscommunication happens between staff. It took them 20 minutes after i got there for them to make 2 coffees and the food was sitting there before i even arrived. The order was overpriced trash with even trashier customer service
