Ordered for dine in. Took a very long time, multiple items were incorrect. Had to ask and wait for multiple items.For example, plain cheeseburger ? with only pickles had to be ordered twice. Several blizzards were given to us that we didn't order. It appeared that our banana ? split was given to the people who ordered after us, which then took another 10 minutes to get one made for us.Never received a cookie dough blizzard, even after asking twice. One hot fudge sundae was made with something they use in making ice cream cakes, it tasted like frozen cool whip, and we waited for that sundae ? for about 15 minutes. I can't imagine why it would not be made with ice cream like our other frozen treats.None of our blizzards were served to us upside down, a DQ trademark.Burgers were good. Restrooms were clean.
When leaving Shreveport, I started craving ice cream and I really wanted a banana split. Sonic doesn't serve banana splits anymore but I wondered if Dairy Queen might. I called and the young man answering said Yes We do! It was late and he said, no worries they are open till 11pm. The patio outside is gorgeous I will have to come back on a cool evening with friends. ???
The guy that's been running this location for the past 5 years recently quit due to alarming upper management turnover! Corey Griffin is the new DM and treats everyone like trash. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM!
There needs to be a better way for them to toast their bread. The bread is just hard with butter on it. It's not brown or toasted at all.
Online menu is very poor with very few choices . But beyond that I ordered and spend full 50 for my family to eat.. 4 different drinks.. 1st she didnt know which drink was what and nothing was marked ... fries was cold and greasy. The burger was ok. Got it cold as well... said my order would be ready by 640 and got there at 630 and cold food??? Was I given food that was just sitting forever??? The customer service lacked any politeness and professionalism... I called to maybe talk to manager and I was told the manager was busy and call tomorrow. I mean anyone there can at least cook hot fries and onion rings can't they??? Nope .. and of course I began to complain and was told to cook myself at home next time .. absolutely no excuse for the staff to be this horrible.. wasted 50 dollars and now at home cooking fries... My husband went there for me. After 6:00 there is no Fan Team. No gravy, decided to get the shrimp basket instead. My husband on the phone with me. She argued about giving me honey mustard sauce. When I got the basket, it was horrible! Hardly any shrimp and they were so small I could not even dip them. I asked my husband if he forgot the shrimp? They were covered with fries and there was about nine small small pieces. Instead of replying to me to try you again, just get new people for the night shift. The day shift is good but if it is that hard to find people with the new minimum wage I won't be coming back. I have worked fast food when it was really hard for 3.35 an hour. There were no rights then. Be for real!
I don't know who the goober was that decided to change the menu to the new signature burgers. They cost way too much for a burger. They are tasteless. This is the last food I buy from dairy Queen until the overpriced tasteless menu is gone.
I did not like the customer service at the drive-thru window tonight at around 6 pm. I was short-changed of 95 cents. I paid for 2 chicken sandwiches and she argued with me saying I only paid for 1. I spent $26 dollars on 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 large blizzards. She was giving me a nasty look too. She's the black girl with long red hair with part of it in a bun on top of her head. Another guy came to the window to say that my other sandwich was finished cooking and he would get it for me right away. At least he was nice about it.
First of all don’t bother going here unless you have a LOT of time to waste. It says they open at 10:30, but that’s a lie. Apparently it depends on when the management feels like going to the bank. 10:45 and still not open. The employees don’t answer at the drive thru to let you know anything and when you try to go in to find out what’s going on the only employees are sitting outside texting with crumbs on their face…now we know why they’re too busy to answer an intercom. Seems like management would want to go to the bank BEFORE it’s time to open and I don’t think it requires change to swipe a card. This place is ridiculous and inconsiderate. Definitely contacting corporate!
The food is cold the lady that was in drive through was not friendly she close the window before I could ask for ketchup just nasty I will not be returning back
