As always, was a superb experience and our waiter was perfect! I wish I could remember his name, but we went to the Shreveport, LA location Memorial Day about 5pm, and the gentleman mentioned it was his birthday. Please figure out who it was and give him kudos! He had the best smile and the most helpful demeanor. The store was great, and the cashiers were very sweet. Highly recommend!
The service was alright. Our waitress was good but very veryyyy slow. The food came out quickly. But the mashed potatoes looked like they had been under a heating lamp all day. And half the stuff that was on the menu the lady said they didn't do any more. So why is the menu not updated?? Other than that it was decent. 7 of us ate for 100 dollars so can't beat that
This is for the Cracker Barrel in Shreveport Louisiana. I have never been to a worse Cracker Barrel they seated us promptly. They took forever to come to the table, then when they did come they brought us plastic silverware and told us they didn't have anything else. They did not have a straw for my drink. The food was good and it was a large portion yes. The waitress was really bad they seemed very very shorthanded and did not know how to handle what they did have. They were definitely not that busy. So I asked the manager; I've worked before so tell me what's going on, and he said well I'm the manager in the gift shop so I don't know about the restaurant, but I will find out and mention it to him. They seem to be very short-staffed and what was there seem to not know what they were doing. I've never had them get my plastic ware and tell me they did not have any other available, and then they were out of a straw. And I have never waited that long at a table for service. I actually had to get up and go get someone so I've never had that kind of service at any other Cracker Barrel than Shreveport Louisiana! When going through there I will make sure that I never stopped at Cracker Barrel in Shreveport I am a picky person yes and I like my stuff done correctly. But I'm not that bad and this was way out of line for Cracker Barrel they need management to really manage and if management is that bad then they need to lose their franchise or ever how they do that.

This is my first time ordering from this place and I use doordash. I eat with my eyes my pancakes look disgusted.This is embarrassing.And I have trash in my bag one glove and they did not give me my silverwareGO TO IHOP...I TASTE DRY EGGS. This business need to close or find a CHEFMisleading on peach cobbler NO vanilla ice cream this was a waste of my money... the locations in Shreveport, Louisiana. There's no need for you to respond telling to email you. Check the location and it happen today.
Horrible service and extremely slow. Waited over an hour for the food — this restaurant along with many others are crap nowadays
No silverware, no glasses, no napkins!!!!!!! A Walmart is next door. Why had this restaurant not been closed by now if they cannot find decent help. The manager should be fired for incompetence. Our waitress was sweet but she is helpless to fix the problems.
Great service and they where very professional
We stopped and had lunch both traveling to and traveling from New Orleans earlier in the month, as Cracker Barrel is our favorite place to stop and eat on a road trip. This one is just ok. The food was fine; no better or worse than any other Cracker Barrel. The service wasn't great. They didn't really seem interested in helping us, and we ha a difficult time getting consistent refills on beverages. Our food came out in shifts - we didn't get our whole meal at once. Our waitress kept having to go back for other parts. Not the best CB experience, and we have been to many of them!
our food was not warm and our service was very slow. our wait person was out of sight for quite a while and the other wait staff was very busy getting food to people that came in after we did. she must have left our order on the shelf. bad meal
