I went in on Saturday afternoon to pick up an order. While I was in the store it started raining very hard, and the nice young man who had waited on me asked me if I had an umbrella. When I said no, he told me to wait just a minute and he walked to the back area. Y'ALLLLL! This kid came back out with his car keys, walked out in the pouring rain with no jacket, no hat, no nothing. He went to his car and got an umbrella , and then walked me to my car, covered by his umbrella.What a KIND PERSON I met at Counter Culture that day! My Faith is restored that Gentlemen and Chivalry have not died! Christian Williams, you are my Hero!
I have been to counter culture a few times and I have to say that this location has the best customer service. And the toppings are extremely fresh! My husband goes to this location several times during his lunch break. He will even bring some home! I haven't expanded on their menu outside of getting a Humphrey and honestly I can't wait to!
