Real friendly and attentive service!Great:- the crab beignets- Veal Copeland- the second biscuit that was super freshMeh:- apps were a little cold- stingy wine pour bout 2 oz short- wine was not really cold, possibly turned alreadyShout out to the server and the food runner for being gracious and helpful at every turn.

my first time eating at Copeland's and I was so pleased everything was delicious and you get a lot of food for your money

well, another sad experience they bring you a scrumptious biscuit, absolutely delicious, but will NOT bring you another one the steak was sad, not great, poor texture and not worth the money the place itself just looks tired and worn I really think they must ship in food from elsewhere, nothing tastes cooked fresh even though it might be and the service is just so so we will NOT be back again, not at all worth it

Wanted to try a restaurant that wasn't in Georgia, so stopped in at Copeland's! Maria C was my waitress, she took time out recommending some of their Top Selling food. Ordered the Hot Crab Claws and Shrimp & Crab Cakes Pasta and everything was phenomenal. Only issue, the Crabcakes may have shell pieces in them. Eating my last crabcake, I was enjoying the taste and suddenly bit into it when a small shell became lodged in between my tooth which I panicked. I was able to remove it with a ketchup packet, as that's the only thing that worked. Thanks for the great customer service Maria

wasn’t good at all.. 4 out of 7 of us food was horrible. I think they are over rated with there prices .. It don’t go with the entrée.. we paid about $200 and the tip came out also. and she didn’t do her job as well, gave me and my husband a drink that she put to get her instead of what we ask for. i believe they do that because they getting there tips anyway.. first and last time..

Good spot. Eggplant pirogue was great. The sauce was awesome. Attentive server and the seasonal holiday cheesecake was awesome!

Seafood platter is truly great and enough to feed 3!Everything is superb and this one is my very favorite. Service is top drawer

Everything was delicious ?Buffalo Chicken Eggrolls, Veal Copeland, and Crawfish Stuffed Ravioli and Tomato Basil Chicken

On 12/16/2021, my family and I were in Shreveport for my sister’s graduation from LSU-S and decided to go to Copelands before getting back on the road. When we arrived (3:30p.m.) there was no one in the restaurant. Upon entering the restaurant there was no hostess to greet the guest. After waiting about five minutes she (Michigan)finally appeared from the back and shared that there would be a shift change at 4 pm and until that happen they were unable to sit anyone so we would have to wait 20 minutes to be seated(NO BIG DEAL). At this time there was now another family present and waiting to be seated. She then went back to the back. When she arrived for the second time, she said it would be an additional 20 minutes before seating because they were waiting for the waitress to arrive. I then ask her, what what was their estimated time total to be seated at which she(Michigan) threw up her hands and verbalized with an attitude and in a loud voice “WHY ARE YOU HERE” as she again headed to the back of the restaurant. At this point, we had now been waiting about 30 minutes in an empty restaurant minus the 2 individuals she seated at the bar(who arrived after us). When she came back up the third time she had Kaitlyn (or Katie) with her and Kaitlyn shared that no one would be seated per their protocol until a waitress arrive which she said in a very impolite tone. Once they got the table set up, my family and I allowed the family who arrived after us to be seated and asked how much longer would the wait would be which she replied in a cheeky tone that it is one waiter per table. At this time, my sister replied, that they were very unprofessional. Kaitlyn then became very rude and stated out loud, “WE ARE NOT UNPROFESSIONAL AND I REFUSE YOUR SERVICES”. I then ask for her name, which she refused to give. I then said, It was fine and I would call Corporate. At this time, Michigan inserted herself into my conversion and stated out loud “I DON’T GIVE A F*Ck. I then ask for the manager who ask that we step outside to talk. After four requests the manager finally shared the workers' names. I did inform the manager of how rude, uncivil, and disrespectful, his staff was to their customers who only wanted answers to their questions and were not rude in asking those questions. Copeland's in Shreveport failed to meet the needs of their consumer in terms of service quality. I will never be back and I was happy to leave the restaurant as we had already determined as a family we were going to eat elsewhere. There is a reason why this restaurant was empty and it now makes sense. As long as you have rude staff, a long wait time with zero consumers in the restaurant, terrible communication skills by your staff, a lack of empathy, a failure to meet customer expectations, no timely resolution of the problem, and no effective solutions to the problems and handle matters by refusing service because of your inability to be professional and problem solve, you will continue to have negative outcomes.-Dr. Polk

Ate here for a birthday brunch. I ordered the fried chicken and waffles, it was good. Our party had about nine people. The server seemed overwhelmed. The sweet tea was good.
