This place has gotten very bad. I won't ever eat here again. The owner needs to really do something about the lazy latino pizza maker and certain employees on their phone's and not paying attention to the customers needs. Ask for a personal pizza and got told no twice from the Latino pizza maker in back of pizza maker. He seems not to like his job here. No hot water or airconditon in a month. Never seen anything like this. Hope this place can get it together before it goes completely out of business. No customers equals no business
We came to came here 2hrs before closing, the service was horrible. The staff were very ghetto running around and playing like they wasn't the staff as long as I have been going to Cicis I haven't never saw this I really thought I was been pranked. The staff was at the was at the table with the customers behind us talking and laughing very loudly. They were cussing and talkingvery explicit. I was so embarrassed and we didn't even know these people. Tonight will be the last time we come here. I give 0 stars... they didn't have any fresh pizzas made. I asked for a personal one to be made for us I was told they don't do that anymore. This Cici really need a new staff.
My sons Henry and Hunter love the staff behind the counter and vise versa. They make us feel welcomed.
Great pizza! Everything was clean and love that they play Christian music on the radio.
First time back since before Covid. The pizza was the best pizza I ever had there. The little cinnamon rolls were SO GOOD! . . . The tables were being cleaned off quickly but the restaurant floor was dirty. I noticed it wasn't being swept as the tables were being cleaned. The ladies room was messy. That was reported and they had someone clean it.
I took 42 students to CiCis yesterday to eat after their performance. We walked in and there was a room full of litte children. Of course I worried that it was going to be a Hot Mess. But the staff was amazing! The pizza was delicious! Everyone was so accommodating! I will definitley return.
Ordered for pickup, arrived on time, and the pizza was not ok! I’m sad I didn’t check it until I got back to the house but this is the skimpiest cheese pizza I’ve ever seen!Also they give you barely any ranch so don’t overpay for those tiny cups, check the pic for reference!
Great place for a simple family meal. If they don’t have one of their pizzas available at the time, you can just ask them to make one. The pizza is super good (personally recommend the barbecue chicken pizza,) and if you’ve got kids, there’s a mini arcade in the building.
Myself along with 9 kids and five adults all got the flu after the one visit to this place Saturday the service manager was great but the place is disgusting and not clean.. if one have to switch plates why not switch cups at the fountain I truly believe this is where the virus was picked up at the soda fountain
The drinks had a horrible taste I would bet it was the ice, probably needs to be cleaned. It took 45 mins to get pizza. The manager was very ride to us. I would never come here again. Not to mention everything was dirty. I had to get baby wipes and clean the table and the parm container it was disgusting.
