We arrived at 9pm. 4 of us. 15 people waiting, 4 eating. Cashier quickly got everyone processed. By the time we were seated all the pizza was gone. Within 10 minutes there were 4 fresh pizzas. By 20th minutes there were 10. They kind of got overloaded with customers but bounced back quickly. Friendly staff. Pretty clean considering how many people were served in a short time
Was greatly promptly. Food was coming out fresh but then there was a guy that came in with a wash cloth over his head proceeded to the back where they prepare pizzas. He starts messing with his headphones and touching around his mouth not once washed his hands. Disgusting!!! Management is present but nothing was addressed.
Greetings was spot on but management has a very bad altitude. We ordered a large pizza, but no one told us we could not eat the pizza inside. My wife gab a couple of plates to eat on and the manager went crazy. It was about 9 or 9:30 at night. Didn't get get her name. She was short white or Hispanic female. Never eat there again!!
We had horrible experience. Manager said they couldn't make a pizza we requested. They're open late we dined in around 8-830. They were already wiping down the line with people still eating. What was on the line had been there a good minute because the crust was already tough to even eat. Very disappointed.
We dropped in for a quick bite and something different from burgers. Cicis brand has not changed over the years. It's a buffet of pizza. At the drink area, there was a water poodle. They need assistance with cleanliness. But I know labor has been an issue since the pandemic.
Pizza has come a long ways from the old days. It's much better, the buffet is always loaded with pasta and sauces, bread sticks, and pizza. You can't eat pizza for $10 a person with a drink anywhere else and it be this good.
This place is disgusting! Trash all over the floor. Salad bar trashed. Drink station nasty. Staff wasn't very friendly. Slim pickings up on the bar. Plates and trash all over the tables! If you are an employee here, please take pride in your job! I will not be returning
Came around 3/4. There weren’t many pizzas out, and nothing was really fresh. We left after a few plates, and my son got sick. Staff was ok. This was like a Tuesday or Wednesday. There was a short haired woman at the front counter, and after we left a bus load of kids came through.Probably not going back.
$55 for six people is not bad. The food was delicious the wings were so great. plus the customer service was really awesome.
Omg it's TRASH now! Cicis used to actually be good on Pines Rd. Is there a cheese shortage because they don't add it to pizzas? The black woman at the front was the only person that was nice and actually cared about the customers. The rest of the employees were sketchy af. At $12 per person it's better to order from Johnny's or somewhere actually good. Geesh.
