Decided to try this place since the season is almost over and thought it would be good because of the reviews. The shrimp had good flavor but were hard to peel because they were slightly overcooked and also not deveined. Corn, potatoes and sausage were good but crawfish tails didn't have much flavor
Came in town for mudbug madness. much better than the vendors there. Really good, always use the juice to dip potatoes, corn, and shrimp. good spiciness level and taste
The crawfish were a reasonable price ND size but way too spicy for me...You have. O other choice but to get it the way they cook. However the locals seem to love it. ❤
Placed order, paid (gave a tip) and waited and waited. Was given #17. Numbers 18-21 came after me and for some reason left before me. We only ordered shrimp. They weren't as good this time either. Time to try somewhere else.

Bill was wonderful and helpful! Stress free ordering. I can not express enough how wonderful our crawfish was. We bought 2 bags cooked. The size was perfect and the taste was wonderful we did one bag lightly season and the other spicy. They nailed it. We had both first time eaters and seasoned eaters and the reviews were the same. Fantastic!!!! They gave us a special butter sauce that was wonderful… I rate them a 10+ we will be back. Thank you so much!! Successful Graduation Party!!!
This was some of the worst crawfish I've ever eaten over cooked and when I tried to finish this crap I had more water and lemons then crawfish PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE CRAWFISH. THE SHRIMP WAS AMAZING.
I ABSOLUTELY love Chuck Wagon. When it's crawfish season Chuck Wagon see my family of 6 here every other day. The seasonings is ONE OF A KIND. The butter OMG it gives me life lol. They are very nice and friendly. I recommend Chuck Wagon to everyone I know!!!! Thanks Chuck see you soon.
Even on a busy Saturday evening, the woman taking orders was super friendly and the food was ready in under 10 minutes.The seasoning on everything was good, but spicy. I love spicy, but some of our family couldn’t eat much of it because it was too spicy for them.Overall, I think this place is good and I would get it again, but maybe just for my wife and I.
I don't eat crawfish but my wife does almost everyday from Chuck Wagon. She is a crawfish conniesuer and if she says Chuck Wagon Crawfish is the best, believe her.
