Best Chinese food I've had in Texarkana, Hope or Shreveport area. Best deal we've had as well as the portions were huge. Very delicious food and will return and I live in AR. Highly recommend trying this place if you haven't.Note to locals: You don't pronounce the T in General Tso chicken. It's just "General So."
Best fried rice in town, food is great! Hidden treasure cause of location. But the food makes it worth it and call ahead u never have to wait for your food.

After waiting @30 minutes after placing my order, the food actually wasn't bad. The place itself is very dated & the guy taking the orders seemed kind of rude.

You dang well better check your order before leaving this place. My iphone recorded my order and I gave it a cursory glance, but when I got home, I found they shorted me two egg roll orders, plus I asked them to add mushrooms to my order and they did not. When I called to complain, they argued incessantly with me and ultimately hung up on me. I’ll never go back
China Hat has become a joke. It was once the best in the city. I ordered popcorn shrimp with my order and got a total of 8 shrimp on rice. Previously a few months ago, ordered the same fir my son and got a plate full. They see they're getting a lot of business and now are killing the product. Never again!!!
