China flag started out as a really good and fairly affordable buffet with several sushi options. But, this location and the location in Bossier city have become pretty pricey. This wouldn't be a big deal. But the quality has fallen off in a big way. At this location in Shreveport on industrial, the air conditioning was either not working properly or it was intentionally set high. Either way, it was hot and unpleasant. The food was okay at best and the dessert items were terrible. The staff was the best part of the experience and that was average. To top it all off. My Mom's fortune cookie didn't have a fortune inside.

Some of the food was not hot.Watermelon was tasteless.Need a better onion free selection for people with allergies. Not just chicken.Beef in broccoli/beef was spongy tasting. The fried zucchini was cut too thick and the breading was greasy, tasteless cornmeal. The boiled shrimp was cooked well but could be just a little more spicy.

When it comes to buffets this one has a lot of variety and the price isn’t that bad. It gets 3 stars because it is just average. All Chinese buffets seem like a good idea but sometimes the food is good and sometimes the food isn’t so good. The service here is good but like a lot of Shreveport restaurants the drinks taste like dirty water. The bathrooms ARE NOT GOOD. I don’t know what it is about Chinese restaurants in Shreveport but the majority of them have restrooms in need of some deep cleaning and repair! Don’t use this potty unless you really need to go!

they have roaches in their food. place needs to be shut down.

Will never go back

Great food and selection variety, great price, great service. My daughter and I love this place!!

Well it's cheep stuff from China. If you weigh over 300 lbs and just want to filler up, go for it. Not for me.

Good food and a decent price they pay for how many people there are it's so cheap the sushi is good

It doesn’t even deserve a one star. My husband and I got there about an hour before closing. The habatci bar was closed and they were slowly pulling food from the buffet. We asked about getting a discount or something because we didn’t feel we should have to pay full price when there wasn’t as much food available. They stated the price was the same. We wont be going back again even though it was our favorite restaurant.

I'm disappointed that they stopped serving the coconut shrimp. I drive over an hour to get this food and my favorite dish is no longer on the buffet.
