I wanted to eat lunch at Chili's for my birthday. My son and I got there at 2:00 and requested a booth as I did not want to eat at the area by the bar because I did not feel comfortable. It was a simple request but she said we could not sit there because there was not a server okay they literally would have to walk an extra 5 ft to get to our booth so she would not help us so we left to go eat elsewhere. I would not recommend this place. Was I asking too much?
Ordered delivery. Didn't receive my kids meal nor my appetizer for my food. Contacted the store to let them know and they acted like they didn't make a mistake. If I had the food I wouldn't have called. Definitely not a free type person. Don't order here after the sun goes down here you might not half your full order. I understand people make mistakes, but this has happened to often here. My last delivery order here EVER. I will only dine in or take out maybe. The manager said he refunded. I'll know in a few days. They gave my kids whatever drinks they decided. Ridiculous. Just read the togo ticket.
Visited Youree Drive restfor the 1st time. A little short handed. But the staff done there best. Server was great. Manager was great. Food was perfect temp and tasted great. All in all it was a great experience. I will return.
It was very odd our dinner is very specific and we ordered it and it came out to us separated. In different containers not put together like it was supposed to be. Aside from that it was fine The waitress made it better fixed everything brought us what we needed etc
Never felt more unwelcome in a restaurant than we did This weekend, we ended up paying for our two drinks and leaving.
Zero stars is what I would give if I could. Me and my family of four came in last night. Some guy came out the kitchen and sat us. He muttered under his breath that the server wasn’t doing anything anyway. As we were sitting down I noticed our server was sitting down just talking to the guy at her table. Me and my family looked over the menu had our drinks and app picked out. Maybe five minutes after we sat she got up and walked by and said she will be with us in a minute. As a server myself I am very understanding, I figured they might be short staffed. Five more minutes go by, she walks past us again brings her table a sprite and then sits back down. My boyfriend starts to get upset and is ready to leave. I tell him let’s give her a few more minutes. We have everything picked out drinks, app, and entrees. Ten minutes go by and she walks past us again. Doesn’t get out drink order or anything. We decided to finally leave. I was very excited to eat there I barley go out to eat. I was extremely disappointed and will not be returning. We waisted almost 30 minutes of our night just sitting there. I never got her name but she was wearing a mtv tshirt. I figured she just judged us of our appearance. Which is sad because as a server myself I know how to tip. I definitely do not recommend this place at all. At least not during the night shift.
We shall never return, waited 2 hours for a simple pasta dish which we never received. I have such an issue with giving a negative review but if the shoe fits.. Never ever eat here the wait for nothing is just appalling. Plus 11.30$ for 2 drinks and chips since the food never came out and we had to leave. Hell I could have had a well done steak in the hour and half we waited. OK end rant.
Really? In this pandemic we are all struggling to make ends meet. Therefore, when we stop at a restaurant we expect to be treated like our hard earned money and time is appreciated. I will never return here. Pretty sure you all don't care about me saying that. However, I wanted the reviews to reflect my disgust with you all. Management needs to be gutted and pay raised so you can recruit some people who really care about working in the service industry.
It rained ,so we picked somewhere close by to celebrate our wedding anniversary. They were short staffed but the outcome was still great because the food was sooo good. I enjoyed myself, and I'm quite sure my hubby did too. Thanks.
The service here is unbelievable now. Horrible horrible service. My order was made incorrectly. I called the manger and she was nice about it. Told me to return for them to make it over. However, when I went in to get it remade, the workers (including the manager) were outside smoking weed and they came back in the building smelling like it. It’s so sad that the cashier had a pack of swishers in her hand while at the register. If they are doing this in the front, I can’t imagine what they are doing in the kitchen. Disappointed in the service.
