Drive through was extremely slow. Ordered 10 piece with to sides, and 2 peppers. Got to the house in Gloster, they forgot 1 side and the peppers. On top of that, out of the 10 pieces of chicken 5 were wings.
I had th Fish dinner with Fries and Fried Okora. It was very good.
I wanna say the staff was perky and very friendly. Was easy to place the order and it was ready within a reasonable time. The issue was mainly with the Mac n cheese and the old fries. Had to break them apart at home to unshape them from square after the begin to get soggy and cold. The Mac didn't have really any flavor and it was extremely odd to be shaped as the smaller containers just flopped on each other and consistency of mashed potatoes. I am against waste but give me the option of a new batch and I would wait. But had to cook some at home because my picky eater (autistic son) couldn't process that as any Mac, ever. On an oddly positive note, I waited for fresh chicken and it was so good (was serve trash with delicious chicken haha)
I, me, my opinion. I really like this chicken. I like the flavor. The sides, I have tried only the mashed potatoes and white gravy, green beans and mac and cheese. Not crazy about the mac and cheese. The yeast roles. Yummy!! The employees are always nice and friendly. The dining room is always clean.
Great customer service very fast,friendly I will be returning very soon the food was hot and fresh pull in no wait at all them spicy chicken strip omg and fried okra ? was the best my kids enjoyed it as well way to go "Chicken Express"
Placed an order around 6:30p tonight of 12 livers & a gallon of unsweetened tea. I asked them to take a minute off the cook time of my livers as I always do without incident. The full cook time dries them out once they’re cold. Someone in the background say’s we can’t cook them that way cause they’ll be raw (which is untrue). I got my money back, and left. I’ll never return. Shame on you!
Something has to be done. How can you stop serving fresh orders two hours before you close when you got competition right across the street from you is making fresh orders until closing and taking all your business? You should feel shame
I love coming here every payday. It's it's my one little splurge that I always indulge in period the staff here are always so positive and it makes us such a great experience, even though I'm only going through a drive-through a drive-through. Today I had the joy of meeting Kayla, Kiyah and Danielle. They were all super wonderful. 20 out of 10
Please stop cooking ur okra in the same grease as the spicy chicken it's making them hot please!!!!
The food is usually hot; wait is not long. The staff I am not so sure about. Lots of mistake for no wait or specialty items with no wait. Gizzards were hard as chinese rhythmic ?
