Took my son here tonight for his birthday. Had a great time. Our server was Hope and she was amazing. We will definitely ask for her in the future.
Wings were given to a guest served exactly like this. The amount of wings after being added to the meal is awful.
I'm very upset about how I was treated on my first time ever visiting this location. I went early like 10 minutes after they open to get some fresh hot food. I walked in wasn't to familiar on how things were for to go orders so I was standing by the registers. A couple also came in behind me. We stood for a moment but were they standing I'm assuming were you can be seated. A young lady walked up address them and seated them. She just left me standing there. She didn't acknowledge me or greeted me not so much as ask if I need help. Then after she seated the couple she went and sat down with some other workers. I'm still standing there and no one still came to help me. So as I start walking by the bar a young lady was coming I believe from the restroom but by this time I'm very pisst?. I kinda startled her and she apologized once I explained to her what happen. She was trying to find someone to help me. But I was so upset I left. I'm never going back. The Bossier location would never. And I been there numerous of times. This need to be address. Because I can always fry chicken at home especially when everything is sooo expensive now.
I come here for the Mango habinero wings. I wish they weren't so hot as I hate myself the next morning, but they are the tastiest wings on the menu. I usually order an angry balls to go with an keep the heat down. No angry orchard tonight... but the bartender recommended a honey jack and apple juice... it is now my new favorite drink. So a potential loss was turned into a major win. This will keep me coming back for a while.
Not sure how this places gets 4 out of 5 reveiws. The wings are okay but the service is horrible. When I go and my wife orders a drink and they are out of it and when I order black and tan and they or out of it. The waiter makes excuses for every thing. I think I wld find another place to work. This was my first time to go there in about a year. I was hoping it wld gave changed but it has not. Will be my last time.
Crappy service. Food was cold and they refused to make our appetizer. Our waitress kept saying it was because the kitchen was behind and just making peoples main courses. Never got a refill on my drink. Save your time and go to the one in bossier.
The waitress we had didn't care one bit.. She goes to take our order and literally walked off ... We closed with her, and then we sat at the Bar and the bartender was A1! He is a hustler, good conversation and the food came out fast and accurate.. couldn't have asked for a better server .. SO SIT AT THE BAR 10 OUT OF 10 RECOMMEND
We got take-out. Ordering through the app was very easy. The food was ready at the time promised. I was in/out in two minutes. The food was fresh and hot. No mistakes with my order. A very good experience overall.

12:20AM walked in to pickup an order for a friend that was at the hospital and they initially refused to take my order, saying the kitchen was closing, which makes no sense if you advertise that you are open till 1AM. Nice guy working at the front had to beg to have my order made, and what resulted was not good. Clearly they were angry! Wong be visiting again.
