Waiter was not good at all. Didn't get my food until my family was finished eating and had their bill. I asked for to go box took it home, still have not eaten it. Spent $40.00 for me and daughter. Wasted money. My daughter took her home too said it was not good. He didn't charge for tea, but never apologized, for taking so long. It wasn't even busy, he was just lost. We were there over 1 1/2 hours. My cousin ordered hers online because she was tired of waiting just to get her food ? . Not a good experience ?
We waited 10 minutes for a hostess. Never was greeted or seated.Lots of available seating, and they saw us waiting. This store has been one of our go-to restaurants, but no more. The manager should be ashamed. Thankfully there is a McAlisters nearby
I don't know if everyone was tired because it was close to closing but service was horrible food didn't come out right. Applebee's used to be my favorite place to eat now I rarely come and I remember why now.
Food not made how it says on menu food cold and tortilla chips not fresh they are slow and food still come out wrong
Horrible customer service. Waited at the bar, standing up for service while 3 servers walked past me. Not busy at all, maybe 2-3 tables. 6 minutes past before I walked to a register where the servers were and said I was waiting to pick up my to go order. The one girl stood like she didn’t hear me standing feet away before she said someone else would help me and walked away.
This restaurant is filthy and disorganized. I ordered a medium cooked steak and got rare. So they took it back to the kitchen 20 minutes later and then cooked it too well done. I understand short staffing issues but this place needs to shut down and have some training prior to opening.
A waitress sat us, but after that we had to get our own menu's. We sat in the bar no one would wait on us no one asked us about drinks or anything else. The bar tender only had one person sitting in the bar. We got up and left. We will never return to Applebee's.
The waiter made this night better than most. He was very friendly and helped with 2 ladies making a decision...whew
The waitstaff was slow. Food was ok but not what I was expecting . She brought my sister the wrong drink and it took another 10 minutes or so for her to bring the right one . Over all poor rating.
My boyfriend and I went in and sat at the bar ready to order appetizers and happy hour drinks... we sat there 10 minutes before the bartender came over to us... just to wipe down the dirty bar off in front of us. Then she walked off and never came back. We sat there another 10 minutes and just got up and walked out. Horrible service when you don't acknowledge your customer.
