Closes @ midnight, but kitchen is closed at 11:20. Waitress/bartender was very nice, wish we could have blessed her tonight. She can blame her Back of House coworkers
Very friendly and nice staff but the waiter had a short attention span so our drinks came back incorrect. Nice and chill atmosphere thou.
Food was ok..not great. Waitress did an amazing job at making sure we were taken care of
Good food, nice people. Half- off certain appetizers after 9pm. Also would recommend the piña colada if you like sweet drinks.
I was pleasantly surprised that Applebees now has a vegan burger available, especially since I have an Applebee's not 3 min from my house on Mansfield Rd. However I went to that location on 3 separate occasions over the last month and a half (giving it a chance) and it's just not a place I want to revisit; they need "Undercover Boss" or a corporate intervention badly. So I thought I'd give this Bert Kouns location a try and I'm so glad I did. It's worth driving over. The experience was night and day. The food was good, made right the first time and the hostess and waitress (I think Marsha?) were both polite, friendly and made us feel like our business was wanted and appreciated. Very glad to have the Impossible Burger option here in Shreveport.
Let me manage the one on Bert Kouns and I'll make it better. Worst service ,no communication skills. And one of the servers decide to tip himself out of my change. I don't think so.
Food was amazing. Our waitress. Knew nothing about menu. And said was her 4th day.. Her 4th. Day questions asked she should of knew. What came w a steak.For sides... Learn ur menus. Important. I've waitressed and had it learned n 2 days.. . food was amazing...

Since I was visiting & was not driving, we went to both. The 1st Applebee's, need hired staff. We wait 5 mins to be seated, then another 10 mins before we could get served. The man in the back tried his best to serve us, but I could tell he was not used to serving. We went to the other Applebee's to have a much better experience. It was a wonderful evening. Applebee's will be Applebee's, but a good staff is HARD to find.
Today is my birthday! Ordered online with the curbside to go! Arrived early,and food was out in no time! Had to call the restaurant and tell them I was here,and the lady was so sweet on the phone! Excellent customer service is always here at this place! Ty Applebees!
