Fast in processing the food. Need to improve the quantity of fries.
I should have taken a picture of the burrito too, I thought I’d let it go and then I get to this quesadilla not even cut all the way through and hardly anything in it. Food is consistently under made and if they mail you coupons for their mess up this location doesn’t accept them.
I’m very mad, we went through drive-through place an order gave the girl out the window my debit card instead of using the registered by the window she walked away and used to register upfront and used her cell phone and took a picture of my debit card I had to go home and block my debit and order a new one Monday this infuriates me to no end I will let everybody know to beware of this Taco Bell.
Lunchtime at this taco bell is a waste of time. Workers won't speak to you, and have zero respect for the work, store or guests. Uneducated and I'll mannered speaks for itself. Garbage!!!
Second time in row HAIR in my taco. You know use a dang hair net if can't do that this place needs to be shut down . Health board needs to make a visit been going down hill for two years now .
Since moving to Ruston Louisiana these past 5 months I have gone to this Taco Bell on California Avenue and the experience each time has been totally horrible, guest service is horrible, incorrect portioning of product and never get the orders correctCold taco shells and tooo much sour cream which in most cases more sour cream than meat and lettuce. This is my last time going to this location because it’s no way every visit there is an issue but here it is. I love Taco Bell and actually was a HR Manager for a Taco Bell Franchise, Y’all need to really get it together and visit our Taco Bells down south because y’all are the worse!!!! Guess we will have to try the Farmerville Hwy location I pray I can get a Great Live Mas Experience there!!!
I've gotten taco bell from this location 5 times in the last year and have gotten food poisoning from it everytime. Don't order anything with chicken. Its not worth it.
Smells of rotten meat and food has a strange after taste
Went to pick up a doordash at 10 pm. Their store hours posted online and on the store windows say they close at 12. Yet their drive thru was closed and I had to sit at the window and wait for someone to come by to flag them down. They told me to pull around and they would bring it out and I waited another 20 minutes for them to bring the food out.
I ordered a burrito Supreme with no beans, add extra onion, to go. When I go home, not only did I not have beans, but no meat and was very cold. Wrapping was messy, I will never go back to Taco Bell on California Street.
