I would like to compliment two of the workers at the Ruston, La location. They totally made my morning as I ordered through the drive thru. Haley and Priya were very enthusiastic, friendly, helpful and cheerful. They are an excellent asset to the Starbucks location in Ruston. I am so glad I stopped there that morning. It really made my morning. Good job girls... Keep up those personalities and you will go far in life.

Use to always charge me breve $0.70 for substituting my 2% milk for a splash of half and half.... But they finally came around and don't hassle me anymore about it. So five stars.Breve is a milk substitute... Meaning for a hot latte they use steamed half and half instead of 2% standard. (It costs more than milk.. and my drink is iced...no brainer why is there an issue?)I have argued with baristas before, "Look, all bias aside, I'd rather tip you $1.00 than pay sbux $0.70 extra that you the worker, doesn't see." Explaining it this way seems to get the message across.
Great coffee. Drive thru was packed but moved pretty quickly
This is my Granboy & my go to place just to do us and get the dog a pup cup. I don't go often but when I do it's ALWAYS an inviting atmosphere. They can tell Im not a regular and they make sure I know what im ordering. Once I ordered a Carmel Macchiato I forgot to say I wanted it Cold when i got it, it was hot. They didn't hesitate to make me one with Ice, with no problem I felt so bad, but when I left I felt better because of their kindness. One day imma take my Laptop and sit in there like the college kids. After all I don't look 56 ?. Thank You Starbucks for being right up the street. You all are very kind.

I got a vanilla latte. It was very good and hot.
Always takes longer than any other Starbucks I visit. But it's constantly good coffee at least.
I go here everytime I go through Ruston. Never had a problem.
Horrible service. Placed online order only made 1 drink from the order another customer had to tell the employee she was using the wrong cup& there should be 2 tea bags. My order finally came out almost 20 minutes after the expected time.
love my coffee but think we need another Starbucks. that one stays so full and packed..no one wants to let you out.
