Ordered their new Patty Melt. The meat tasted good, but two meat Patty's on two soggy pieces of not toasted bread IS NOT a Patty Melt! Get it right or give it a different name!

I had to pull to the window and order because no one was answered the intercom.but over all the guy at the window was very polite.
North side Sonic is way better than the one on the south side of town! The food is fresh and almost no wait. Plus employees are very polite and understanding. Couldnt see my tots in the bag but they quickly brought me another order of tots...get home and find the lost ones lol.
Wait wasn't long and food came out hot and freshly cooked , yes I recommend Sonic as a great fast food !

On the order screen, it was difficult to know if she in-fact got the order. It was a bit frustrating. The person that delivered our food had better customer service. My burger was a struggle. The tater tots were awesome. Something upset my stomach.
We ordered two unsweet teas with blackberry flavor. Long wait, weak tea with little ice and blackberry flavor, had to wait while change from 20 dollar bill was retrieved without straws to use. No verbal courtesies offered.
No straws 2 weeks in a row. Very disappointing for a drive through operation.
