Ordered three drinks took 30 minutes to get them after the lady taking my order was very rude and kept asking “is that it” after every word I said. The carhop was rude and then hands us drinks all covered in ice cream with no napkins asked for napkins and he proceeds to go inside and start taking other orders out. Wild.
Not a good experience. Arrived almost an hour before they closed and sat in a stall for 15 minutes and was never answered. When I went through the drive I was told to wait a moment but then sat there for almost ten minutes before I pulled up to the window where I saw a manger audible complaining about me pulling up. She opened the window and I told her that I sat at the speaker for a while with no answer for her to tell me drive thru was closed where I then told her I also sat in a stall with no answer. I told her not to worry about getting my order and left. I have no intention of returning to a place that ignores their customers.
20 minutes for some ice cream. No thanks. Slow every time I've come so I go to the other sonic. I got cold food here once and they just said someone forgot it and didn't offer me anything. Needs work.
Waited half an hour for 1 drink. It wasn't even a busy night. Had to call in 3 time and wait another 15 minutes
Arrived at a completely lit up Sonic location( California St, Ruston, LA) tonight around 10:30 pm. The entire staff including the manager was outside leaning against a car playing really loud music. When I drove up to the drive through a worker informed me that they are no longer taking orders. When asked why bc it was 30 mins before closing she repeated “we are no longer taking orders tonight and you have a great holiday “. When driving around to leave I got the good sense of smell of marijuana? and the staff outside waved goodbye. RUDE!! And UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I will most definitely not be returning to this Sonic location
The manager and cook on duty on Dec 19th at 11:30am local time, is AMAZING. My previous review from a month or so ago reflected poor service, this crew made my food so amazing and were so polite. It warranted me returning and giving a 5 star review, instead of my previous 1 star.
This location is very unprofessional the workers refused to work the drive-through when I drove around the workers were in there dancing with the music blasting and knocked on the window they refused to come to the window I called the store phone they did not answer the store phone in fact they all began to laugh because I do work in HR I could only imagine what upper management would think if they knew how the employees were treating and be long non-responsive to customers and losing a lot of business
Really busy but really fast. Chili dog special night and it took no longer than usual. Good solid Sonic food. ???
I placed a order on the sonic app and when I arrived there I pulled onto a stall and realized I didn't have my phone. So I was unable to check in on the app so pushed the button and told the girl who answered what had happened, I told her my name and what I had ordered. She said that they couldn't find my order in the system. So I went back to get my phone and went through the drive thru, explained again what had happened. The manager came to the window holding a bag saying that they been had my order ready for a hour which was not true cause the app showed the exact time I placed the order and it had been 34 mins and the reason it had been that long was because I had to drive back home to get my phone....the Manager said the food was cold by now but that they are making everything fresh. She had me pull up in a stall and a min later she brings me my food. I drove back home and discovered that the food inside was the food they had prepared when I first ordered, it was old and cold. My burger was stuck to the paper. Onion rings were nasty. Very disappointed!! Will not be returning to this sonic location. Very poor management.
Fair place. A lot of kids work there so be patient! Drive through is faster than drive-in.
