Our family was looking for something different, we found it at Scott’s. The food and service was amazing. The young lady was so patient with us, we wanted to try everything. The alligator bites were different but good. We also tried crawfish for the first time, it was also good. The hush puppies are amazing. The greens were ok, the dirty rice was pretty good and we couldn’t get pass the texture of the okra to like it. Overall we had a great dinner! Everything was fried but they did give us an option to grill it. They give you plenty of food!
Delicious but I miss the buffet! Overall I enjoyed my salad with grilled catfish but to be sure it was rather plain. My friend's fried meals looked hearty yet again... just rather plain. Seems as if the business needs an update.
The food was great. I ordered fried pickles and it came out really delicious. I wasn't able to take a picture of the combination platter that I ordered, but that too was delicious. The staff was really nice and always made sure that everything was fine.
Only viewed menu prices have gone up so we decided to try a new place. In the past the food was very good not sure about this location yet, soon.

I can't say whether it's the BEST catfish available in Ruston, but it is good and the most consistent of all the restaurants in Ruston I've been to that serve fried catfish. I have no interest in rolling the dice with my food. I'll go with Scott's every time. The patient and personable staff make It easy for me to just call in my order in, then pay and pick up in the drive-thru.

Friendly staff, quick service and helpful with drinks, etc. Food was good and sizing was large as well.
Food was cooked to perfection. I even started cutting my fish into pieces like the fish fingers, when I returned home. Very friendly. One of the people with me had to check on his food. Make sure they don't forget your order.
