Cane's does only one thing and does that one thing well: chicken tenders. I always get the same meal, chicken sandwich with extra sauce (sometimes a toast). The tenders are consistent, sometimes you get a little crispier than others but they're always meaty and juicy. Sandwich is light on sauce so I get an extra because the sauce is delicious (and the fries are made for dippin' in it). You can ask for extra crispy fries if you like. Make sure to eat quickly if you're picking up instead of eating in - the fries will get soggy in around 10-15 minutes in my experience due to the container (which keeps everything piping hot).
You cannot use the drive-thru to pick up an online order. Curbside is two tiny parking spots that people use as normal parking spots and if you enter the parking lot from the other end, you cannot access the second curbside spot if someone is parked on either side. Asked if I could pick up my order through the drive-thru since I couldn't park in curbside, "We don't have drive-thru set up for online orders," I obviously can't park in the spot, and now I have to sit in the drive-thru line to make it back around... "I can tell them that you're here." What a waste of time.
There are definitely better chicken places, but it hits the spot everytime I go. Decent Chicken with some great bread!
Our food was wonderful as always ❣️ The employees are always friendly, helpful and courteous. Food is always hot. Chicken crispy and fries are Yum !
my daughter and I went through the drive-thru. it was fast people were friendly. my kids love Raising Cane's
Tasty chicken and the cane sauce made it that much better. Line for the drive thru was kinda long but went real quick.
Most of the time the food is cold and taste off from other locations. Very inconsistent. Would skip this one
Place was great, food is not. If u like fry food u will like it. The sauce was not what people Say,,,its not the greatest
Chicken was dry and the grease they fried it in tasted burnt.It was ashame because normally I love raising canes so we stopped while traveling through and I was not happy with the out come with our meal.Guess it just goes to show not all restaurants even chains are ran the same.
As always, best chicken fingers around. Always get the cane sauce!
