Extremely rude employees, the lady at the window never even spoke one word to me, also I could hear other employees in the back since she left the window open, talking and cussing a mile a minute ,about someone, loud I might add. The food was just ok, definitely nothing to brag about. The manager really needs to get a handle on the employees, this was yesterday at the 33 location.
I recently visited this location in Ruston, LA.When I walked to the counter. A young lady did not greet me in any way for coming in. I was quickly asked what I wanted. I placed my order very nicely. I recieved such attitude from this lady in return. After I placed my order she quickly turned around and said nothing. My order was bagged and thrown on the counter. I said thank you ,the lady looked at me and said nothing in return!! Customer service in certain Ruston places sucks!! I work in Sales/Customer service my self. If there were no customers. There wouldn't be jobs. After covid alot of people forgot how to be polite and have a hard work to strive for!
Popeyes on Hwy 33 in Ruston. Food is wonderful, manager was very sweet. However, whoever is working the drive thru today, the day before yesterday and day before that is RUDE AF. I'm a pretty easy going person, my husband even more so. definitely not a "Karen" as people say but with it being mine and my husband's THIRD time of being treated so rudely for no reason I had to make a review. Now everyone that works there may not be but they need to fire whoever works the drive thru that is this rude. If I go again (because I love their food) and am treated like this I will be making a call to the manager.
Love the food but wait time is way to long.
I ordered and paid for Mac&cheese when I got my order they gave me mash potatoes so I had to go back to retrieve my correct order
Drive thru fast, new employee male ,very nice and food very good.
This particular popeyes is no good, service is always slow and majority of the time they are out of something on the menu, rude employees, drive thru speaker is bad for communication.
DINE IN NOT AVAILABLE! WENT OUT OF WAY YO GET HERE TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH YHE DRIVE THRU. IF TRAVELING I DO NOT RECOMMEND
I wouldn't even give this place one star if it weren't for their food. The food is delicious but it's barely worth it anymore. They are always out of items. The past two experiences I have had with them have been terrible. The workers are horrible and their "manager" is as unprofessional and rude as they come. Hopefully the one across town that is being built will be run better. This one won't be getting my money anymore. It's sad because I've always loved Popeyes, but I'll hold off until the new one opens.
Just not good anymore.chicken is getting smaller and smaller. Prices going up. The Chicken now is always very very small. And over cooked got 3 piece.and couldn't even eat it. Too hard and dry. like it was over cooked and sit out all day.
