They forgot my biscuit and let's face it Popeyes biscuits are awesome especially with honey! I love Popeyes and I'll be back but I hate having to check my box before I leave. :-(
Fresh food and clean environment! Better than the Popeye's on California in Ruston Louisiana
Very friendly and clean, but thy served some fries that was too Hard. The fries was so Hard that were stuck together in the shape of the Basket they had to take the scoop and Break apart the fries, I heard them talking about the fries being to Hard but they served them anyway. THEY DON'T CARE ENOUGH TO COOK ANOTHER BASKET OF FRIES, THEY CONTINUED SERVICING WITH A SMILE. I JUST WONDER WHAT ELSE THEY DOING??????
Their soda machine was down and they had no napkins. As usual for Popeye's their chicken was great.
Extremely rude employees, the lady at the window never even spoke one word to me, also I could hear other employees in the back since she left the window open, talking and cussing a mile a minute ,about someone, loud I might add. The food was just ok, definitely nothing to brag about. The manager really needs to get a handle on the employees, this was yesterday at the 33 location.
The rice was not fully cooked and crunchy and the Mac n cheese was hard too... Maybe it had just been sitting too long under a warmer but they were nice.. the food quality was disappointing.
Disappointed. Hadn't eaten at a Popeye's in a long time. Chicken strips had no flavor. Biscuit was small and hard -- nothing like the big, fluffy biscuits I remember from times past. ?

If i could do no stars i would!!! Was expecting a better popeyes then the one in downtown, but the workers are rude. Someone even started talking to another employee in the middle of taking my order and because of that, they forgot some of my food. New employees are definitely needed and also they need to learn how to serve warm chicken instead of chicken that has been sitting there all afternoon. I literally got chicken that was all basically cold. Very disappointed in what was suppose to be the new and improved popeyes.
Just left they farmable highway Popeyes. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Very attentive. I will definitely be back and would recommend that Popeyes rather than the one on California Street in Ruston Louisiana
