It took them good 2 hours to get me my good and when I got it it was cold, salty, and it had the wrong stuff on it. This was the worst pizza place I have ever gotten my pizza from and a waste of money.
Worst food every ordered 12 wings lemon dry distinguishing under cook and over season,pizza small thin crust extra cheese,black olives and mushrooms,, three mushrooms on whole pizza, ended up getting ? stay far away.
Rolled my ankle, so I tried curbside pickup. I've now been sitting outside for 15 minutes after sending the message that I've arrived and have watched 4 delivery drivers come and go. Been on hold for 10 minutes. They won't even pick up the phone. Trash people. Avoid at all costs.
My pizza was make wrong when delivered late. I call to speak with someone about the matter and all I received was attitude and the employee hung up in my face. I called back and got put on hold for 7 minutes. Finally speaking with someone again, which I believe was the same guy that hung up on me, again was rude didn’t apologize, didn’t offer to remake my pizza but only to credit my account. I asked for my pizza to be remade and he said, “You know we can’t redeliver it.” Which was ok. I said I’ll come get it. He then said, You need to bring the other pizza back.” I said ok will do. When I arrived at the store with the original pizza he met me at the door with a new pizza and said oh u can keep the old since I see you didn’t eat any of it. I advised, I didn’t want the old pizza and insisted him to take it back since he told me I would have to bring it back so adamantly on the phone, so I handed it to him and left.I also order traditional wings and got boneless wings which I could deal with but I couldn’t deal with my pizza being made wrong. I was very disappointed in my experience. This is not the first time I’ve been disappointed at this location. But it’s been months since I’ve order and I thought maybe just maybe my experience would be a little better or different this time but it wasn’t maybe even worse than last visit. From now on when we crave Pizza Hut, we will think twice about it and probably go somewhere else.
Ordered a delivery didn’t get the 2 liter Dr. Pepper I ordered, and then it made me sick so yeah never eating it again which is a shame cause I used to love the stuffed crust. My stomach however is currently forbidding it.
The restaurant has a walk up window. A sign on the window says to ring the bell but the bell is missing I knocked on the window and an employee came after a minute. There is not an option for contactless delivery to your car as stated on the app upon ordering. My order said it was ready on the app but I had to wait for the employee to find my order and bring it to the window while I stood in the 30 degree temp outside.
Took a hour and a half to get my food. I had ordered 2 different pizzas. One was luke warm the other was cold and tasted days old.
Everything was good. I ended up a little sick from either the wings or the pizza kr sausage maybe. But not gonna screw yall the agree or strongly agree questions. So I am giving yall the highest mark on it.
The customer service was great. My order was correct and the food was amazing
I arrived at 11:00 pm and the manager had already closed out their registers and would not give me the pizza I ordered online at 10:30, even though it was made and ready for pick up. I live in the country, and it took me 30 minutes to get to Pizza Hut and I was denied my order. I could not believe that the pizza was made and he would not let me buy it. I guess he was bringing it home for dinner himself. I will never go back there again. I was treated horribly and disrespectfully. This was not the first time I was treated disrespectfully at this store. But last night was definitely the last time I will ever buy a pizza from Pizza Hut again.
