The first time i tried papa johns in ruston i was very disappointed by management and the food and when i called to make a complaint i was told i was wrong and that what i was saying couldn't be true the experience i received is the joshua pardue which is my fiance's post that was done back in feb and decided to try and give them another try and have to say Steven the assistant manager pleased me very much with the experience and the food this is how food is supposed to look from them i was very happy with the experience i received.
I wanted to order the new york style pizza and there new papasida but was but on hold for 20 minutes. They never returned my call and I honestly wanted to try there New York pizza.
Won’t be ordering from this papa johns no more I called and asked them why all my meat was in the middle of my pizza and the lady tells me that’s not possible because I made the pizza myself proof all my meat is in the middle of my pizza and and no chicken on other my pizza very very little
Always hot, good and made to order. The new curbside pickup was fantastic just push a button after there and they bring the piece out to you.
Papa John's ? TERRIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL ? I ordered a pizza today 28.Jan.22 @ 12.44) for my girlfriend who was hungry & not feeling well (COVID), so she needed to have something delivered. When I requested delivery, she told me that they had no delivery drivers & they would need to go through DoorDash to have it delivered, which didn't matter to me, as long as it got delivered. She then mentioned that they did "contactless delivery," which I said was perfect! ? I gave special instructions, telling her to make SURE to note that they need to ring the doorbell when they get there, so that she knows it's there, because she obviously doesn't want it sitting outside in the cold (which would seem to be common sense). She affirmed that, and when I asked how long it would take, she said approximately 45 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later my girlfriend calls & asked where the pizza was. I told her "It should be there by now." She said "Well no one has rung the doorbell or knocked on the door." ? So I called Papa John's , & asked about this. She looked on the computer & said that DoorDash indicates that it was delivered at 1.30. I sent my gf a text, asking her to check outside. When she did, she found it out in the cold, & told me that the pizza was COLD! ? When I relayed this to the woman, she proceeded to MAKE EXCUSES about this "not being on them, but on DoorDash" (rather than APOLOGIZE), & that I would need to take it up with them...⁉️ ? I told her that "I'm doing business with DoorDash, I'm doing business with Papa John's, & since they're doing deliveries for YOUR customers, that YOU need to say something to them." She then got SNARKY & said "You don't need to get an attitude about it!" I responded that "I'm not, but that this is UNACCEPTABLE, & that I need another Pizza delivered ASAP!" She cotinued to make excuses for the delivery & I them requested to speak to the manager. That is when she said, "I AM THE GENERAL MANAGER!" I couldn't believe it! A "General Manager" speaking to a customer like this, with a snarky attitude, & making excuses for this terrible delivery, when they SHOULD BE apologizing?!!! I told her that I was going to call corporate & file a formal complaint, & she said "Go Ahead!" And in the middle of my next sentence...SHE HUNG UP ON ME! ?? Papa John's, if this is the kind of "Customer Service" you provide, this is the LAST TIME I will EVER do business with you again! ? This would be absolutely UNACCEPTABLE coming from ANY employee...but coming from a "General Manager" ... it's REPREHENSIBLE! ???
Ordered online for pickup and it said 14-24 minutes.. I got there 35 minutes later and they said 15 more minutes waited 20 got there attention and they said 10 more minutes

We ordered this pizza for Valentine's day and it was good, just a little thin
