The cashier at the first window was very nice. Good Customer Service
This is your normal, run of the mill McDonald's. You can go in and eat or have curbside. They usually keep the lobby fairly clean and service is normally pretty good. Overall a average place to grab lunch or dinner.
My favorite place too grab a quick bite when I'm out. Love the Mango pineapple smoothie hope it stays around. My number one go to drink.
Horrible McDonalds. Slow, dirty, no coordination took 32 minutes at drive through to pick up online order - doors locked and no curbside. Keep driving

I stopped into 3rd McDonalds of a 12 hour drive with the first two being perfect and very professional. This location on the other hand had issues. I trusted I would get the food I was promised. Once back on the interstate I realized I received ice cold fries so I gave up on those and went to my quarter pounder with cheese no onions and realized they served me a quarter pounder no cheese with onions only. This meal went completely uneaten as I have severe reactions to onions and abhor cold food.
Even though the options for pick-up inside or curbside are still in the app, this location has decided to wait until a customer arrives to tell them drive-thru only. The drive-thru line is insane, so I decided that I would get the order from inside. As I approached the door all I could hear was it's in the drive-thru multiple times. As this is unusual for an employee to just blurt out, I thought she may have been talking to the person at the door, which she let in, and closed the door. As I stood there trying to figure out what was going on, she turned around and opened the door, " It's in the drive-thru," nothing else. I attempted to cancel my order, but because I had already clicked pick-up inside and pay I had to wait in the drive-thru, to which they attempted to hand me the wrong order, but when they handed me the correct order, it was cold. The employee telling people it was in the drive-thru, could have easily greeted customers with a smile and taken orders at the register.
If I can give no stars I would! These workers don’t care anything about trying to provide a service.. they get a order wrong and have the nerve to catch a attitude when u tell them..don’t apologize or anything just damn near throw your food out the window! Just ridiculous!
Horrible service! We saw several people walk out because no one would wait on them. The staff was arguing loudly from the kitchen area. They were out of so many things I'm not going to begin to list. They didn't say anything about this to the customers until the customer said something about their order after it was given to them.Very bad Management problems!!!!
Worst McDonald's ever. You could sit in the drive through line for an hour and still not get to the window where you can pay for your order.
