I will never go to another Huddle House my experience was even less than the star I gave. Upon entering we were ignored and had to ask to be seated. Took forever for a waitress to come over. People who came in after my family received their food before we ordered. Ended up having to take our food to go because, hour wait. Will never go again. Waffle House all the way.
I ordered online the first pic is what I ordered the second is what I got I paid a 10 percent grenuity before hand because I ordered online I wish I hadn't of the place was absolutely nasty and my order was supposed to be ready at 11:57 it was 12:20 before I got it
The cook had been there all day and was getting no help yet was still able to make a fire meal I didn't get his name but I tipped him well enough to brighten his day definitely recommend everyone to go.
Friendly & very polite waitress. Clean table. Great food in good potions. We had applewood smokehouse breatfast & phillysteak omelet with mushrooms. Good prices!
Ordered doordash and when it came I had received two eggs instead of three, there was no shredded cheese on my hash browns which I paid an extra $1.60 to have, there were no biscuits and gravy with my order ($3.55), and the Oreo pancake I ordered was not there ($3.32). Very disappointed. I tried calling the restaurant 5 times and was on the phone for over 10 minutes before I decided to deal with doordash instead. I hit the help button in Doordash and they offered to refund me about $4 and some change which is ridiculous. I’ll try and reach out to doordash tomorrow and see if they will correct the refund. Will not be ordering from Huddle house again, extremely disappointed with them.
I waited 30 minutes for my food because of a miscommunication between the cashier and cook. The biscuit and gravy was not warm enough.
The staff was not answering the phone for a phone in order. We had to go to the restaurant and order. It appears they have staff that are either in training or just don't care about customer service. Our order was incomplete when we got it. Not a good experience.

Not clean...horribly slow service even when not busy. Cooks don't wear no hair net and messing with hair around food. They are always out of common served stuff as well as today no straws to drink from. Our waitress was more worried about sitting down to visit than serving her tables . Never got a refill on drink. Food was wrong was only 5 tables full not like they was busy. Used to be a good place to eat cheap but not worth wasting your time. Our waitress was sharonda not sure how she has a job couldn't care a bit about customers.
Place in sad shape when they are out of sausage, breakfast steak , ice cream and ketchup and hot sauce and many other things o yeah straw's what kind operation are they running here! Staff have problems working together also . Don't know if I will be back soon . Management needs to get it together!!
