This place needs New Management, Leadership, and employees that show up to work for the common goal of the established business. Griffs restaurant is a simple task of providing the menu to customers with enthusiasm and a sense of urgency with kindness from the Minute the place opens until the LAST minute of its closing time. If you pay attention its an inconvenience to the employees for you to be a customer here. They don't want you inside eating and they don't want you in line to order food. If they lie about small issues they will lie about ANY of the issues such as in dealing with your food. Its a shame because in 2018 this was the place to get a good burger. NOW there's too much bad customer service, lies, and inaccessibility to be able to consider eating there. If you're the owner or Management I would be highly concerned and motivated to make changes before the business starts to faulter.
They are too busy for their customers. In addition they are too lazy to open the inside to allow sit down and eat. They claim its precautions however you touch EVERY person's payment and hand every person's order at the window when if the inside was open the employees could set food on the counter and avoid touching. The real reason they want the inside closed is because they are too lazy to clean up after customers and maintain a RESTAURANT. Its the ONLY griffs with the inside closed at unpredictable times.Secondly don't get in line at 30 minutes before closing because the laziness kicks in yet again and they say "cash only" when you can plainly see customers paying with cards. Good thing I carry cash. But the attempt to get rid of customers with lies is ridiculous. They lie about the inside being closed and they lie to attempt to ward off customers. This place needs NEW management, leadership, and a crew thats there to work and that serves customers every minute they advertise being open. Just as any other customer service place does. If they cannot handle the hours CHANGE the hours don't inconvenience customers for lazy employees. And if you don't want to work those hours get a different JOB that doesn't have those hours. Its not the customers fault youre there to serve customers in the advertised hours of operation.
Why isnt the dining room open yet? We love our local griffs, the food is awesome but if you cant get in to eat it's frustrating. If you can get in drive thru line you're lucky. Usually out to road and very slowly moves. We've had to leave(happened today for instance and not first time) because you cant hold up traffic on main road waiting to get into the lot forever. When we've been lucky and gotten in drive thru cant tell you how many people we've seen drive off because couldnt go inside. You are losing lots of business.
Had to take a star, they don't have time to be interrupted with customers and the drive-thru is terrible. Got into line and eventually had to get out and go somewhere else. Slow and rude...a shame because it's my all-time favorite burger joint.
Still the best fast-food burger in town in my humble opinion.
Good food, sketchy on cleanliness but who cares when it comes to Griffs, and I always appreciate that they hire the most ghetto staff as possible. It's always an experience for sure. 5 stars
Old fashion delicious food ?
The food was hot and fresh but my husband didn't receive 1 of his beef patties for a DOUBLE burger. He doesn't like to send his food back in to ANY RESTAURANT unless he can see you prepare it in his face, so we kept it. They were 20mins away from closing.
Me and some friends wanted to just get a late-evening meal, and picked Griff's. Boy, did we regret it! The customer service was abhorrent! The lady at the window had an attitude with us right at the start, she messed up our order, and gave us a smug look when we tried to split a payment. What's more, is we had to sit there for several minutes holding up a line while she and her manager seemed to struggle with the payment, which by the way was a simple as two cards. ?I've been there once before and the place seemed alright, which is why I recommended it to my friends, but now because of the service and the poor quality of their food, they are *never* going back. Congratulations Griff's, you lost 3 customers in a single session.
Cleanest fast food joint I’ve ever been in from tables to restrooms! Made me feel more comfortable eating out in a pandemic. Great customer service experience as well. All of those girls were not only hard at work but so kind and had great attitudes.
