If I had not pre-paid, I would have taken my business elsewhere. 1) I got to the register prior to two other patrons and the lady intentionally skipped me and took care of them first. 2) when she asked what my order was, she claimed that they didn’t get my online order and that they wd make it then. 3) Nothing was offered during my wait 4) when I asked if the rice was included (I originally did not see that it was hidden underneath my chimichanga, this same lady had an attitude. Still I remained calm even though I could see she was deliberately rude and I said thank you. I hope this was just one bad apple here but if anyone else deals with her and senses her negative energy, it’s not just you. Pretty face, tacky and unprofessional demeanor. They should not put her up front.

I am being generous with giving this place a 1 star because the option for a 0 star was not given!!!WHERE DO I BEGIN….1…this was the MOST DISGUSTING ? PLACE I’ve ever been in.2… food was cold and nasty. Tostado was cold, nasty and raw. Chips were greasy and stale. Cheese enchilada was not done… the corn tortilla was raw. Refried beans were just ok. Guacamole and salsa was good. The taco barely had any cheese.3) the tables outside had food left over on them when we arrived and was still there when we left.4) They wiped the food that was left on the tables (when they finally decided to “clean”) onto the floor, with us sitting there watching!!! SO DISGUSTING!!!Not sure how ANYONE would give them a one star rating let alone a five star rating!!! Unless they’re being paid!!!I will be reporting this restaurant to the LA HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!!

I will never ever ever give business to this place nor will I refer anyone to eat here. The owners are prejudice and rude. My mother ordered tacos and got a burrito. The waitress's customer service was very nasty and negative as she went back and forward with my 80 yr old mother. U proceeded to ask for a manager to rectify this horrific situation and that was a mistake. I explained to him our problem, that the waitress gave my mother the wrong order and the complaint was not honored in fact the owner was worst. He told us that the customer was not always right and that the food was way too expensive to take back and be exchanged without being paid for first. He also told us that it was family owned and that we never had to come back to his establishment. He even said if the food was not paid for that he would call the police.I am a guest here in Ruston and have never had a bad experience. Ruston has always been a very dignified and respectful place to visit. The people strive to show all passers thru Southern hospitality at it's finest but this experience with these people brought a total shock to my normal laid back comforting experience here. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Waiter could have been a little friendlier. Prices were very reasonable. 2 for 1 Margaritas was nice and was happy that the water brings plenty of Salsa. I had the Crawfish Enchiladas, and while they looked good and tasted ok was kind of sick rhe next couple of days

We have been regular customers since its opening. My friend ordered her meal & when it was served it was covered in a cheese sauce. She told the waitress she didn't ask for nor wanted the sauce. The waitress took the meal back & returned it as ordered. When we got the ticket, the cheese sauce was included for an extra $1.49. I reminded the waitress we didn't order the sauce. She said she would have the manager "fix" the ticket. She returned with the replacement ticket which included 2 different items for an additional $1 each. She explained that the manager said to remove the $1.49 charge, he had to replace it with these charges for an extra $2 increasing the ticket total for something not ordered or received. I paid the ticket leaving a note on it stating we would not be returning.

Well where do I began??? The food was warm not hot and three of the four orders had hair in them. Very disappointed.

Good costumer service, many various delicious options. I would definitely recommend there fajitas, they were delicious. I would definitely come again.

Ate here today and the communication was difficult as only one employee spoke English, which greatly slowed the line down. I asked for sour cream and received a cup of watery cream with bubbles in it (can't make this up). Insulation was also hanging out of the ceiling with a pool of water beneath it. Many ceiling tiles had mildew on them. Surprisingly though my sour cream-less quesadilla was half decent.

Great place. The food was really good and service was excellent. They provide decanters of the best homemade salsa to go with your chips.

Not really authentic Mexican food. It was ok. I can compare it to Taco Bell.
