2 different orders...both chicken was way undercooked. My kids ate this ugh!! So the manager said "they're kids they'll be fine" umm no sir! Then only wanted to refund ONE meal and not both even though BOTH are undercooked!!! And they're pretty bad about undercooking their popcorn shrimp also. Won't be coming back here ever!!! Absolutely ridiculous
They threw my father’s food at him and it was cold.My father still said thank you despite the worker’s rudeness.My father once again said thank you & the worker popped off to him & was very disrespectful all around.It has gone downhill to say the least whoever owns/manages it obviously doesn’t care about the place or who is being hired.
A unorganized crew. We had a simple order 4 children combo all with fries and ice cream. We were delivered 2 fries and two applesauce. We requested 2 in a cupful the twin 3 year Olds, we received 4 cones. Not great service.
Hamburgers were burnt & fries were cold. Going through the drive through is suppose to be quick, not nasty. And that is how 4hat $6.00 meal tasted. The grill needs cleaning.I think I will stick to the ice cream, if I can call it that. It didn't even melt like a dairy product. It turned to some kind of foam.Tell me, what are you fast food people feeding us? There was a time when Americans cared about their products that they sold. All they care about now is how much money they can rake in.The government should be partly responsible, because of their free-enterprise. But why would a government allow businesses to take advantage of the very people that put them into office? This DQ is typically 10/10 for friendly staff, quick orders and good tasting food.
Good food service a little slow
Food portions were awful. I ordered a 6 piece chicken strips and the strips were tiny. There were only a few fries. My husband ordered a large fry with his meal and only got half a container of fries. He also got a sprite and it tasted like cleaner he said. Very disappointing!
I never get the large fry that I actually pay for. The fries are always skimpy!
Eat there 2 to 3 time a week . Very clean and they get you food out to you like it should be . Really good place to eat
