The service was great and so was my food like always.
Inedible guacamole I sent back was verified by the manager and the whole tub went in the garbage. Waitress was okay but never came back by the table after we paid because we didn't leave a tip on the card but had a $20 bill waiting on her. I gave it to the manager and hope she got it. Chic almost missed her money and was probably talking about me cause she didn't see the tip on the credit card bill. Good thing I was in a good mood!
If I could leave negative stars, I would. We arrived at 715 for a table in a restaurant with 5 others tables already seated - and were told the wait was 10 minutes. In an EMPTY restaurant. We get seated and order - margarita, coke, and cheese bites. At 730ish our waiter said he would return for our order and at 745, HAD NOT. The margarita still had not arrived. Waiter returned for the meal order at 750, said he would bring the margarita and a coke refill, only to return with a coke. Finally, he brought the margarita - sweating on the outside with melted ice floating in it. It is currently 805, and entrees haven't even arrived to have this level of service.
WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. My friend had food sent to her with door dash & ordered queso. They forgot chips with queso, she called and was on hold for 30 minutes. Also proceeded to tell her that queso no longer comes with chips. The service is just awful!!
The burger was burnt, the onions and mushrooms were uncooked, when they were supposed be sautéed, it's on the menu sautéed, not something I requested. The tomato has stem, I rarely eat there, this is why.
The food was very good, but the service was awful. We waited forever to get simple things like drinks & sauce. Our waiter would ask if we needed anything but then go to take people’s orders before getting them to us. We even had to wait a while to pay and get to-go-box’s.
Our server was rude about having to refill drinks the first round. We were seated by the kitchen and could literally hear the staff cussing and complaining about scheduling and other things over the mysic and our own conversation. Definitely NOT kid friendly environment
I have given Chili's a not so good rating before. They now obviously have a new team working there! The service was excellent. Very curtious. The food came out quick and was delicious!!!
The place is pure hell. Ppl was walking out because of long wait to be served. One of the servers came to the table and said she was sorry for the wait but she hadn't use the bathroom all morning.
We had a terrible experience here today. The guy who sat us would just mumble everything he said. Then they couldn’t sit us in a booth because they had no one to work that are. I get it y’all have areas but for someone to walk 10 more feet doesn’t seem that big of a deal. The. We get out drinks after waiting and my cup and my family’s cups are SO nasty. There was build up all over them. I could scratch the build up off with my nails. We ordered and waited forever again for barley anything because we where just snacking. I finally asked for a drink in a to go cup and almost didn’t get thAt by the time we went to leave.
