They a fairly fast sometimes it takes a minute but they are normally fairly busy
Never had a bad experience. Sometimes I order just a medium tea and they upgrade it to a large at no extra cost. :) Breakfast and chicken sandwiches always fresh, just wished they had Mac and Cheese!
Every single time I come to Chick-fil-A they treat you with the customer service that is long forgotten. other businesses should take note of how they interact with customers. Not to mention they focus on their chicken and it is absolutely great.
This is the WORST Chick-Fil-A I have EVER been to. There was a very long line, and the menu was shortened. No grilled chicken, just fried. I order my Chicken Sandwich, fries, and a milkshake, I was pretty sweaty considering I had done other things before, and paid 11 dollars for this meal. When I took my stuff out of the bag, everything was good, until I bit into the chicken sandwich. It was DISGUSTING. The bun was hard as a rock, and then the fried part of the chicken was peeling off, not to mention it was steaming hot as well. The fries mediocre, but the shake pushed me to the edge, no whipped cream, barely any flavor, and it was not cold at all. I will not be coming back, I don't care if this was on a college campus, I will not be coming back. Also the employees yelled at each other, with little kids in the line, they jumped.

This place is amazing the workers are hard working and take the time to learn our names and interact with the customers always started my day off smiling especially because of Kim she always kept telling me to wake up and smile
Was greeted with a very rude employee with an attitude only to find out that they did not serve grilled items and they fries that I did order we’re extremely stale and cold. Awful experience!
If you are not white or black, don't go to this chick-fil-a, I've had the staff make racist remarks about me and made fun of my Hispanic name.Food isn't even good to begin with tasting like a leftover microwave dinner.Edit to clarify that this is the on campus location.
5 star food, service, taste, and speed. Great place for a nice, quick meal after a long day.
Manager was very rude when I went to pick up food. She asked another employee “what does this boy want.” She was also on the phone and yelling at other customers that were picking up Grubhub orders.
