I love the employees, they are so sweet and patient. My mobile order didn't go through, it was because I didn't put the correct location. They helped me work the app and figure out what I did. Afterwards, they had our order out with no problems. They are always so kind.
The girl at the draft through window was very nice and she is trying very hard to do a good job
It was clean customer service was awesome the food was nasty to salty everything all of us complain about the same thing and the hash brown was hard old need to approve the food drink station was nasty where you get your ice the machine it self need cleaning.
I did not get to use my mobile coupon at the restaurant bc the lady typed it in wrong then messed up and wouldn’t let her add it back.
Could not be worse. Waited in line for 20 minutes for one car to move. When I got up to the ordering spot, nobody said anything until I asked if they were ready. I was greeted with a “*sigh* go ahead” and after I ordered not a single word. I waited an awkward 30 seconds before asking “did you get that?” The very rude girl taking my order then said “$10.42”. I pulled up to the window and she never said a single word. I asked if there was ketchup in the bag and she angrily yanked it back then gave it to me and slammed the window shut without one single word. Extremely rude and seemed like taking an order was a massive inconvenience to her. Horrible employee and horrible service.
I got a chicken fry meal and the chicken fries were alright but the tea tasted like I took a sip out of a pond and poured a sweet n low packet in my mouth , and I had to trade it back for a diet coke. And then when I got the coke back, it tasted like I poured a salt packet in my mouth with some pancake syrup ?♀️ The fries looked like they were a day old and the food was super expensive smh
by far the absolute nastiest Burger King i've stepped into on this side of the Mississippi river... real talk workers got their kids at work a burger king daycare
Your people were rude ! She never greeted us with a how are you it was a “ yes “ like we were bothering her! We got dirty looks and the food was nasty and no dipping sauces! I honestly feel like it was because of our race so with that said we won’t be back and we will be filing a complaint with corporate
This Burger King always gets my order right. The food is hot and fresh and it's alot faster than some of the other burger places (: Big fan of the Impossible Whopper... I am glad this place isn't closer to my house!!
Was at one time a good clean place to get good but the last few times there you have to wait on food and you need to make sure you ordered is rite before you leave.
