I’d give more stars if it would let me! The service was amazing! Our waiter was so nice and constantly checking on us to make sure everything was alright. The carnitas were probably the best thing I’ve ever eaten, it was spicy and tender! Then we asked about dessert… he said, “let me surprise you, trust me.” He then brought out the best dessert I’ve ever had!!! I forgot to take a picture of when we first got it cause we were impatient because it looked so good!!! Cinnamon and honey and chocolate syrup and ice cream and much more!!! We went at about 6:45 on a Friday night and it was the best experience my boyfriend and I have ever had!!!

Avacados, please update your marketing if you are no longer doing 2 for 1 margaritas. Especially if you won't honor your coupons and have stopped doing 2 for 1 margaritas since March (according to the manager in Ruston). The service was okay, it just took forever to get water and simple utensils to eat with. The queso was watered down and tasted off. But the manager is a real character. He is rude and has awful customer service. When asked to correct my ticket, he said "nothing I can do" like he isn't a whole manager? I'm confused....
Adore their baja fish tacos with mango salsa and chipotle sauce. Margaritas are a little too salty for me. Good flavor queso blanco, sometimes it's not very thick. Refried beans are just ok.
Fajitas were delicious. Salsa & chips were fresh & tasty. Quick service.
Food is always amazing and the manager is hard working and kind all the time.
Alright let me start by saying the food was 5/5 everything was cooked well, steak, shrimp, etc. The small guacamole was plenty and I even ate nearly all of the grilled onions that came with my meal and I hate onions. But.... half a star lost for the awkward amount of time my wife and I stood like a couple of goobers waiting to be seated. Half a point lost for my wife's drink disappearing never to be seen again about half way through the meal and the long wait for a check while the waiter showed off at the bar for some girls. Lastly a whole star lost for the loud conversation between a staff member and her manager about some less than legal business practices. The time of day could have been a factor as we went in at like 8pm. We will have to try around lunch time. So to summarize the food was really damn good but the service was meh. Hope this helps!
Amazing service, fantastic food, affordable prices. The best Mexican restaurant in Ruston. I recommend the Baja Shrimp and Chicken!
Great spot, classic Mexican dishes and beer: Pacifico and Victoria. Try the Big Mike. The salsa is excellent.
The food was great the service was terrible. Our server never came back to check on us. Had to go to the cashier to ask for tea and salsa refills twice the manager forgot to get it for us after going outside the restaurant for some unknown reason and I had to ask him again. Finally I had to go hunt down down our server to get our check. Thank goodness the food was good. There was only 2 or 3 other customers in there when we were there so there shouldn't have been any problem with the staff being overwhelmed
